A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a positive electrode, a separator, a negative electrode opposed to the positive electrode via the separator, and a liquid electrolyte wherein the liquid electrolyte includes a lithium salt, methyl acetate, and dimethyl sulfone. The content ratio of methyl acetate in the liquid electrolyte is 10% by mass to 40% by mass, and the content ratio of dimethyl sulfone in the liquid electrolyte is 0.1% by mass to 5% by mass.

A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator interposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and a non-aqueous electrolyte. The non-aqueous electrolyte contains a lithium salt and a carboxylic acid, and the lithium salt includes lithium difluorophosphate. The content of the carboxylic acid in the non-aqueous electrolyte is 5 ppm or more and 900 ppm or less with respect to the mass of the non-aqueous electrolyte.

A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes a negative electrode plate, a negative electrode current collector lead joined to the inner peripheral end of the negative electrode plate, and a negative electrode current collector-exposed part where a negative electrode active material layer is not formed at the outer peripheral-side end. The negative electrode current collector-exposed part at the outer peripheral end comes in contact with a battery case, and in a plane vertical to the axis of an electrode body, a line connecting the axis and the center of a positive electrode current collector lead does not coincide with a line connecting the axis and the center between the coating end of the outer peripheral-side negative electrode active material layer of the negative electrode plate and the terminal part of the outer peripheral-side positive electrode plate.

Nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery

A solar cell module includes solar cells having main surfaces to which inter-cell wiring members are connected, and an insulating member disposed on the main surfaces and the wiring members, and a first lead-out wire provided to the insulating member. The insulating member includes a first insulating layer formed of polyester resin, a second insulating layer formed of polyolefin or EVA and provided between the first insulating layer and the lead-out wires, and a third insulating layer formed of polyolefin or EVA and provided between the first insulating layer and the main surfaces. The third insulating layer has a thickness in a direction perpendicular to the main surfaces larger than a thickness of the second insulating layer.

Solar cell module and method for manufacturing solar cell module

A solar cell module having: a plurality of solar cells; a first protective member provided on the light-receiving surface side of the solar cells; a second protective member provided on the reverse surface side of the solar cells; a sealing layer for sealing the solar cells, the sealing layer being provided between the protective members; and a wavelength conversion substance for absorbing light of a specific wavelength and converting the light into light of a longer wavelength. The wavelength conversion substance is contained in at least a gap region, corresponding to the gap between the solar cells, of a reverse-surface-side region located on the side of the sealing layer nearer to the second protective member than the solar cells. The concentration of the wavelength conversion substance is higher in the gap region than in the region sandwiched by the reverse surface of the solar cells and the second protective member.

Solar cell module

A solar cell module includes: a solar cell; a conductive light-reflective film disposed on a back surface side of the solar cell, the conductive light-reflective film extending from an edge portion of the solar cell; an insulating member disposed between a back surface of the solar cell and the conductive light-reflective film; and a back-surface side encapsulant covering the solar cell and the conductive light-reflective film from the back surface side of the solar cell, wherein the insulating member is made of a material harder than a material of the back-surface side encapsulant.

A solar cell module includes: two solar cells adjacent one another across a space; an elongated light reflector extending over the two solar cells; and a front protector covering front surfaces of the two solar cells and the light reflector. In a plan view of the two solar cells, each of the two solar cells has chamfered corners and a substantially octagonal shape with linear long sides and linear or non-linear short sides, connected alternately. A solar cell module includes: first and second solar cell strings each including solar cells arranged in an arrangement direction and electrically connected to one another; and a light diffusion sheet disposed between the first and second solar cell strings. The first and second solar cell strings are disposed adjacent to each other and parallel to each other along the arrangement direction. The light diffusion sheet is disposed such that both side edge portions of the light diffusion sheet overlap light-receiving surface sides of side edge portions of the first and second solar cell strings.

This solar cell module is provided with: a plurality of solar cells; and a tab, which electrically connects the solar cells, and which has recesses and projections on the surface thereof. The tab has height of the recesses and the projections smaller in the peripheral region of each of the solar cells, compared with that in other regions of each of the solar cells.

A solar cell module includes: a plurality of solar cells; a front surface encapsulant member which is disposed on a front surface side of the plurality of solar cells and includes a first polyolefin-based material; a back surface encapsulant member which is disposed on a back surface side of the plurality of solar cells and includes a second polyolefin-based material; an intermediate member which is disposed between the front surface encapsulant member and the back surface encapsulant member and includes a polymer material having either one of a higher polarity and a higher water absorbability than the first polyolefin-based material and the second polyolefin-based material; and a front surface protective member and a back surface protective member disposed to place the plurality of solar cells, the front surface encapsulant member, and the back surface encapsulant member between the front surface protective member and the back surface protective member.

A solar cell module includes: solar cells each having a first main surface and a second main surface; a front-side transparent protective member disposed on a first main surface-side of the solar cells; a front-side transparent encapsulant layer disposed between the front-side transparent protective member and the solar cells; a back-side protective member disposed on a second main surface-side of the solar cells; a back-side white encapsulant layer disposed between the back-side protective member and the solar cells; and a back-side transparent encapsulant layer disposed between the back-side white encapsulant layer and the solar cells, wherein a thickness of the back-side transparent encapsulant layer in a vicinity of an edge portion of the second main surface of the solar cells is less than a thickness of the back-side transparent encapsulant layer in a region between the solar cells that are neighboring to each other.
