A new kind of portable hangboard intended for finger strength exercises allows the user to adjust the angle of the hangboard and the depth of the finger slot to control the difficulty of the exercise. The main body of the hangboard hangs on a rope. The main body of the hangboard contains multiple slots that the rope can pass through to adjust the angle of the device. The finger slot contained in the main body has magnets at the deep end which allow one or more shims with built in magnets to be inserted to make the slot shallower. The hangboard offers greater portability and variety of exercises compared to other inventions of this class.

Portable angle- and depth-adjustable hangboard

A door frame attachment system includes a pair of pivotable arms that can hook onto a door trim, held closed by a spring hidden in a cavity between the arms. The arms are connected to each other by a hollow shaft that allows various handles to be hung from the system. An exercise device includes the door frame attachment system and a handle suspended by a rope that passes through the hollow shaft. The device offers greater portability and attachment security compared to other inventions of this class, and it also provides greater user comfort by allowing the handles to rotate and pivot into a natural position.

Portable opposably mounted pull up device

A pipe lathe includes a shaft; a cutting head supported on the shaft for movement with the shaft; a mandrel positionable on an outboard end of the shaft for supporting the shaft along a machining axis; and a first external pipe clamp and a second external pipe clamp, the first and the second external pipe clamps supported for external pipe engagement substantially concentrically about the machining axis. Multiple spaced apart engagement sites provided by the mandrel within the pipe and the external pipe clamps on an outer surface of the pipe support the pipe in a linear and centered position for machining by the cutting head, even when the pipe is non-linear, flexible and possibly with a cross section that is non-circular.
