The present disclosure provides a secondary battery and a battery module. The secondary battery includes: a shell having an opening; an electrode assembly including a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate, and a separator; a cap assembly including a cap plate and a first electrode terminal; a lower insulator located at a side of the cap plate away from the terminal board; and a wiring board including a main body portion and an extension portion, wherein the main body portion is located at a side of the lower insulator away from the cap plate and connected to the first electrode plate, the extension portion extends into the electrode lead-out hole and connected to the first electrode terminal, the first electrode plate is electrically connected to the first electrode terminal through the wiring board, and the first electrode terminal does not extend beyond a lower surface of the lower insulator.

Secondary battery and battery module

The present disclosure provides a rechargeable battery, including an electrode assembly and a connecting member. The electrode assembly includes an electrode assembly body and an electrode tab extending from an end surface of the electrode assembly body. The connecting member includes a guiding plate, a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate respectively connected to the guiding plate. The first connecting plate, the second connecting plate and the guiding plate extend along a width direction. The electrode tab is bent with respect to a longitudinal direction to form a bending part and the bending part of the electrode tab is connected to the first connecting plate. The width direction is to a thickness direction of the rechargeable battery.

Rechargeable battery

A secondary battery including: a case including an opening; a top cover assembly including a top cover plate covering the opening and an electrode terminal, the top cover plate including an electrode lead-out hole corresponding to the electrode terminal; an electrode assembly received in the case and including a main body and a tab, the tab being bent relative to a thickness direction of the top cover plate to form a bent portion; and a current collecting wiring board disposed between the top cover plate and the main body and including a first connection portion, a second connection portion, and a transition portion, the first connection portion and the second connection portion extending along a width direction of the top cover plate and being provided opposite to each other, the first connection portion being connected with the electrode terminal, and the second connection portion being connected with the bent portion.

Secondary battery

A rechargeable battery includes a battery core, a connection member, and a gasket. The connection member includes a guide plate and a first connecting plate integrally formed on the guide plate and connected to a tab of the battery core. The first connecting plate is disposed in a bendable manner relative to the guide plate, and at least one indentation is present between the first connecting plate and the guide plate. The gasket is fastened to the first connecting plate and the tab. The tab is sandwiched between the first connecting plate and the gasket.

Connection member and rechargeable battery

A rechargeable battery includes a battery core and a connection member. The connection member includes a guide plate and a first connecting plate integrally formed on the guide plate and connected to a tab of the battery core. The first connecting plate is disposed in a bendable manner relative to the guide plate, and at least one indentation is present between the first connecting plate and the guide plate. The tab extends from a side of a core body of the battery core in a width direction. At least a portion of the guide plate protrudes, relative to the first connecting plate, towards the core body of the battery core to form a protrusion, and the protrusion abuts against the battery core.

A connection member includes a guide plate and a first connecting plate integrally formed on the guide plate. The first connecting plate is disposed in a bendable manner relative to the guide plate, and at least one indentation is present between the first connecting plate and the guide plate. A portion, of the guide plate except a part corresponding to the at least one indentation, connected to the first connecting plate becomes gradually thinner in a direction from the guide plate to the first connecting plate.

The present disclosure provides a cap assembly for a secondary battery and a secondary battery. The cap assembly includes a cap plate, an electrode terminal, a fixing member, a sealing member and a connecting member, wherein: the cap plate has an electrode lead-out hole; the fixing member is fixed to the cap plate through the connecting member; the electrode terminal includes a terminal board, wherein an outer peripheral surface of the terminal board is surrounded at least in part by the fixing member to fix the electrode terminal to the fixing member, the terminal board is located at a side of the cap plate and covers the electrode lead-out hole, and the outer peripheral surface of the terminal board protrudes out of an inner wall of the electrode lead-out hole; and the sealing member is disposed between the terminal board and the cap plate to seal the electrode lead-out hole.

Cap assembly for a secondary battery and secondary battery

Provided is a rechargeable battery including an electrode assembly comprising an electrode assembly body and an electrode tab protruding from the electrode assembly body, and a connecting member comprising a guiding plate and a first connecting plate connected to the guiding plate. The guiding plate extends in a width direction and the first connecting plate extends away from a plate surface of the guiding plate along the width direction or extends toward the plate surface of the guiding plate along the width direction. The electrode tab has a stacked multi-layer structure, the electrode tab protrudes from a portion of an end surface of the electrode assembly body in a longitudinal direction at a side of a split of the electrode assembly body perpendicular to the width direction, and the electrode tab is bent with respect to a longitudinal direction and is connected to the first connecting plate.

A battery pack system, a control method thereof and a management device are provided. A battery pack is connected in series with a discharge circuit unit and a charge circuit unit; a battery management unit is to monitor a temperature of the battery pack, to periodically send, when the temperature of the battery pack is lower than a threshold, a turn-on-instruction to the discharge circuit unit and the charge circuit unit alternately to control the discharge circuit unit and the charge circuit unit to be alternately turned on in heating cycles; the discharge circuit unit is to be turned on according to the turn-on-instruction to enable electricity of the battery pack to flow into the energy storage unit in discharging-phase; and the charge circuit unit is to be turned on according to the turn-on-instruction to enable electricity of the energy storage unit to flow into the battery pack in charging-phase.

Battery pack system, control method thereof and management device

The present disclosure provides a cap assembly for a secondary battery, a secondary battery and a battery module. The cap assembly for the secondary battery includes a cap plate, a first electrode terminal, and a sealing member, wherein: the cap plate has an electrode lead-out hole; the first electrode terminal includes a first terminal board and a second terminal board connected with the first terminal board, wherein the first terminal board is located at a side of the second terminal board away from the cap plate, the second terminal board covers the electrode lead-out hole, and the material of the first terminal board and the material of the second terminal board have different base metals; the sealing member surrounds the electrode lead-out hole and is disposed between the cap plate and the first electrode terminal to seal the electrode lead-out hole.

Cap assembly for secondary battery, secondary battery and battery module

This application provides embodiments including a connection member and a rechargeable battery. The connection member includes a guide plate and a first connecting plate integrally formed on the guide plate, where the first connecting plate is disposed in a bendable manner relative to the guide plate, and at least one indentation is present between the first connecting plate and the guide plate. In the embodiments, a bending position is more accurate when the first connecting plate is bent relative to the guide plate. This is conducive to an accurate size of the connection member being bent, and is also helpful for the rechargeable battery to successfully assemble a battery core, the connection member, and a housing.

The present disclosure provides a battery cap assembly and a secondary battery. The battery cap assembly comprises a cap plate, a first electrode terminal and a first connecting piece. The cap plate is made of insulating material and includes a first terminal hole; the first electrode terminal is provided to the cap plate and extends into the first terminal hole; the first connecting piece is provided below the cap plate. The first connecting piece includes a first connecting portion connected with the first electrode terminal, an upper surface of the first connecting portion is attached to the cap plate. The secondary battery comprises an electrode assembly, a case and the battery cap assembly. The case receives the electrode assembly and has an opening. The cap plate is connected with the case, the first connecting portion of the first connecting piece is electrically connected with the first electrode plate.

Battery cap assembly and secondary battery

The present disclosure provides a component for collecting a current and a battery. The component for collecting a current comprises an introducing body and a connection body bendably arranged relative to the introducing body. The introducing body comprises a holding arrangement. The holding arrangement is used for fixing the introducing body when the connection body is bent. When the connection body is bent, an operator can use a clamping tool to fixedly clamp the holding arrangement arranged on the introducing body, so that the stress applied on the component for collecting a current can be transferred to the position of the clamping tool when the connection body is bent, thereby reducing the stress from damaging electrode assemblies.
