The refrigerant system and the cooling liquid system are connected to the heat exchanger, and the refrigerant and the cooling liquid exchange heat in the heat exchanger. The fan assembly is configured to provide power for the flow of airflow in the outer frame box. The cooling liquid system, the heat exchanger, the refrigerant system and the fan assembly are sequentially arranged in the outer frame box along a flow direction of the airflow. The layout of the cooling liquid system, the heat exchanger, the refrigerant system and the fan assembly in the outer frame box is reasonable, so that the cooling liquid system, the heat exchanger, the refrigerant system and the fan assembly can form a compact layout in the outer frame box.
