The present invention discloses a dual-drug co-delivery system, a preparation method therefor and use thereof, the dual-drug co-delivery system being prepared from raw materials comprising a block copolymer, Homoharringtonine and Doxorubicin hydrochloride. The dual-drug co-delivery system provided by the present invention has a stronger killing effect on various hematologic tumors and solid tumor cells, can provide a feasible drug delivery system for inhibiting tumor growth and leukemia treatment, and has broad prospects.

Dual-drug co-delivery system, preparation method therefor and use thereof

Disclosed is the use of a water-soluble realgar solid dispersion in the preparation of an erythroid differentiation inducer for bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells and/or bone marrow hematopoietic progenitor cells. The water-soluble realgar solid dispersion is prepared from raw materials comprising 1 part by weight of realgar, 1-20 parts by weight of a polymer, and 0-5 parts by weight of a surfactant. The water-soluble realgar solid dispersion can induce bone marrow hematopoietic stem and/or progenitor cells to be differentiated into red blood cells, promote the accumulation of red blood cells in bone marrow cells, effectively alleviate the decrease in the number of red blood cells caused by the suppression of the erythroid differentiation of bone marrow hematopoietic stem and/or progenitor cells, improve anemia caused by hematopoietic failure, and protect bone marrow cells from the killing effect.

An approach is disclosed that determines an amount of time before a webpage is ready to use by a user by performing various actions. The approach captures a recording of the webpage from an invocation of the webpage for a period of time sufficient to load completely load the webpage with the capturing resulting in sequenced image frames. An AI system provides a loading point in the sequenced image frames based on an analysis of the frames input to the trained AI system. Image diversity and saturation measurements are calculated on consecutive image frames from the sequenced image frames resulting in an image change analysis. Native webpage events and times are detected from webpage characteristics gathered from the captured digital recording. The amount of time is then calculated based on the loading point from the AI system, the image change analysis; and the webpage events and their corresponding times.

Aspects of the present disclosure relate to input text management. Input text can be received from a user. A set of key elements can be extracted from the input text. A determination can be made whether the user is mapped to an existing cluster. A forwarding flow table request sent by a host device when the host device fails to find a matching forwarding flow table entry for a data packet to be forwarded is received, when a destination MAC address of the data packet is the global virtual MAC address, a forwarding flow table entry is generated according to the global port table; the forwarding flow table entry includes an operation indication of replacing the destination MAC address of the data packet with the matching MAC address found in the global port table; and the forwarding flow table entry is sent to the host device, so that the host device may forward a data packet matching the forwarding flow table entry.

Examples of the present disclosure provide a method of migrating a virtual machine. In response to receiving information of a newly added port, a first controller within a software defined network may search for a matching destination Internet protocol address within a first neighbor relationship table when an IP address contained in the information of the newly added port is taken as a source IP address. The first controller may send flow tables relating to the matching destination IP address to a destination virtual switching device of a migrated virtual machine, and update flow tables stored in virtual switching devices managed by the first controller. The first controller may send a migration success message including the information of the newly added port to a second controller, to enable the second controller to update flow tables stored in virtual switching devices managed by the second controller.

The instant invention discloses a polylactic acid stereocomplex composition containing pure stereocomplex crystals and a process for its manufacture. The composition according to this invention comprising (a) 30-70 wt % poly (L-lactic acid) (PLLA). (b) 70-30 wt % poly (D-lactic acid) (PDLA) and (c) 0.01-10 wt % nucleating agent, which can be obtained by solution and melt blending. Stereocomplex crystals are preferentially formed according to the invention, and the homocrystals (a crystal form) for the PLLA or PDLA homopolymer can't be observed. The melting temperature of the composition according to the invention is at least 200&#xb0; C., which is about 30-50&#xb0; C. higher than the PLLA or PDLA homopolymer.
