A method for detecting an overlay precision and a method for compensating an overlay deviation are provided. The method for detecting the overlay precision includes providing a wafer to-be-detected, where the wafer to-be-detected includes a photoresist layer which has been exposed and developed; performing a first detection on the wafer to-be-detected using an optical overlay precision measurement and acquiring first overlay precision information of the photoresist layer; performing a second detection on the wafer to-be-detected using the optical overlay precision measurement, and acquiring second overlay precision information of the photoresist layer, where a wavelength or a polarization direction of a light source of the second detection is different from a wavelength or a polarization direction of a light source of the first detection; and acquiring overlay precision deviation information of the wafer to-be-detected according to the first overlay precision information and the second overlay precision information.

A wireless data transceiver includes a media access controller (MAC) that receives an inbound packet from an air interface and to buffer that packet for transport to a host, and receives an outbound packet and transfers that packet to the air interface. Transport controller circuitry (TCC), including processing circuitry configured to execute instructions, manages the transceiver. Hardware data transport circuitry (HDTC) for transporting packets in either direction between the MAC and the host interface includes a buffer memory having a plurality of slots. The TCC or HDTC issues a start or stop signal to the host interface causing the HDTC and the host interface to begin or end transfer of data between the buffer memory and the host interface.

The present invention relates to Data Center Network (DCN) flow scheduling scheme. It provides a dynamic scheduling algorithm and a hybrid of centralized and decentralized scheduling system to improve the performance of DCN and data parallel application. The scheduling system uses a central controller to collect the real-time bandwidth of each node, and schedule the priority as well as transmission rate of each network flow set combined by application context (Coflow [1]). The centralized scheduling avoids a sophisticated system design and hardware (switch) modification to comparing with full decentralized solutions. The combination of centralization and decentralization decreases the average completion time of Coflows, and eventually improve the performance of data parallel applications.

The present disclosure describes methods and apparatuses for implementing virtual dynamic library loading in embedded systems. In some aspects, a determination is made that a feature is not available in firmware executed from a first memory. Based on information associated with the feature, a portion of a second memory is allocated for code of the feature. In some cases, the portion of the second memory is allocated from a data buffer or part of a shared memory. The code of the feature is loaded to the allocated portion of the second memory and address aliasing logic is configured enable execution of the feature from the second memory. By allocating and executing firmware features from the second memory, a size of the firmware executed from the first memory can be reduced to conserve memory space and other firmware features may be dynamically loaded and executed from the second memory.

Methods and apparatus for implementing virtual dynamic library loading in embedded systems

A first network interface and a second network interface of a wireless network device are respectively controlled to operate as a station in a first wireless network and as an access point in a second wireless network. A beacon message, which includes a first signal strength of a first bridge node that is an access point in the first wireless network, is transmitted through the second network interface. A probe response message, which includes a second signal strength of a second bridge node that is an access point in a third wireless network, is received at the second network interface. Conditioned on determining that the second signal strength is greater than the first signal strength, the first network interface is disconnected from the first bridge node and is connected to the second bridge node to operate as a station in the third wireless network.

A wireless network bridge controls a first network interface to operate as a first station in a first wireless network, and controls a second network interface to operate as an access point in a second wireless network. The bridge controls a bridge table that includes an entry associating one or more network addresses of a second station with the second network interface.
