This invention discloses a model test apparatus and method for shield post-wall grouting and tube sheet uplift under high water pressure conditions, comprising main body box, tension apparatus, shield system, grouting system, ground stress loading system, water injection system, and monitoring system. The main body box comprises the shield shell system and model soil inside. The ground stress loading system and water injection system realize the simulation of the complex underground soil and muddy water environment by applying stress and water pressure to the model soil inside the main box. While the tension apparatus makes the shield shell moving forward, the grouting system injects slurry into the gap between the shield shell and the tube sheet. The integrated model test of visual shield grouting and tube sheet uplift, the real-time multi-physical field responses, and the longitudinal deformation mechanism have been realized and revealed under high water pressure conditions.

Model test apparatus and method for shield tunnel post-wall grouting and tube sheet uplift under high water pressure conditions

A synchronous single-liquid grouting slurry, its technology and application for large diameter shield engineering under water-rich, high-pressure and weak soil strata conditions, comprising raw materials: 1050-1200 parts of gold tailing, 420-480 parts of silicate cement clinker, 220-240 parts of fly ash, 45-120 parts of waste clay brick, 65-95 parts of slag, 25-45 parts of limestone tailing, 70-80 parts of steel slag, 30-45 parts of silica fume, 15-22 parts of desulfurized gypsum, and 9-15 parts of quick-setting and early-strength composite additive. The invention controls the d, dand dof the material particles as 35-40, 42-48 and 50-55 μm, respectively. Gold tailing with the particle size of 120-600 μm being used as the fine aggregate, their volume fractions are 40-60%. The slurry production technique, comprising crushing-sieving-superfine ball milling-homogenization-particle size classification-variable speed mixing being developed. The shield tail eight-point grouting technique is being developed for filling.

A long-term in-situ observation device for the deep sea bottom supported engineering geological environment is provided, including: a sediment acoustic probe, a sediment pore water pressure probe, a three-dimensional resistivity probe, a water observation instrument, a long-term observation power supply system, a probe hydraulic penetration system, a general control and data storage transmission system, an acoustic releaser, an underwater acoustic communication apparatus, and an instrument platform. The observations include the engineering properties, physical properties, mechanical properties, and biochemical properties of a seawater-seabed interface-sediment. The engineering properties and the physical and mechanical indexes of seafloor sediments are comprehensively determined by three-dimensional measurement of seafloor resistivity and acoustic wave measurements. The physical and biochemical properties of seawater are expected to be acquired by sensors. The observation probe penetrates into the sediments following the hydraulic method.

Long-term in-situ observing device and method for deep sea bottom- supported engineering geological environment

A device for multi-parameter integrated monitoring of a deep submarine turbidity current primarily includes cement pile pore-pressure monitoring, optical turbidity monitoring, floating ball flow velocity monitoring, and turbidity current sediment sampling, can observe the turbidity, excess pore pressure, flow velocity, and other parameters of the turbidity current, can fulfill simultaneous and real-time transmission for in-situ monitoring, and can complete multiple tasks at the same observing position, so that the situation where the sampling position and the observing position are different due to the movement of an apparatus along with a ship during ordinary work is avoided.

A device for observing the changes in abyssal flow based on differential pressure measurement, includes differential pressure sensing chamber and base connected through communicating portion, controller provided inside communicating portion, floating body and releasing device. Floating body is located on differential pressure sensing chamber and retracted through releasing device. Sensing chamber includes ambient water pressure chamber in communication with hydrostatic pressure chamber. Communicating portion is blocked by spring sheet. The spring sheet is provided with optical fiber sensor. Hydrostatic pressure chamber is always in communication with seawater, and ambient water pressure chamber is always in communication with water in abyssal sedimentary layer. Releasing device includes electric winch provided with acoustic signal device. Base is provided with earth pressure sensor and weight member. Optical fiber sensor, acoustic signal device, and earth pressure sensor are connected with controller. Differential pressure at a position can be measured by feedback from each sensor.

A modular construction mode of the computer board control circuit board of the washing machine is achieved by connecting a computer board provided with the main control module to various function control modules respectively via a data bus and a power bus; moreover, the circuit configuration in the washing machine is simplified by mounting the function control modules on or close to corresponding loads.
