A softening agent composition including (1) a silicone polymer, (2) a water-repellent polymer, (3) an emulsifier, and (4) a liquid medium that is water or a mixture of water and an organic solvent. Also disclosed is a method for producing the softening agent composition which includes producing a water-repellent polymer by polymerizing, in the presence of the silicone polymer, a monomer that constitutes the water-repellent polymer. The water-repellent polymer may be at least one selected from the group consisting of fluorine-containing polymers and non-fluorine-containing polymers. Also disclosed is a method for treating a substrate with the softening agent composition and a substrate treated with the softening agent composition.

A vehicle interior component is disclosed. The component may comprise a track and a console configured to latch to the track and unlatch from the track to move along the track. The component may comprise a drive mechanism comprising a motor, a first cable to move the console forward and a second cable to move the console rearward. The component may comprise a controller and a retaining mechanism comprising an actuator and a lock mechanism. The controller may send a signal to the actuator to actuate the lock mechanism and may send a signal to the drive mechanism to move the console. The actuator may be configured to move a pin into engagement with a hole in the track to secure the console to the track. The lock mechanism may comprise a set of pins configured to engage a set of holes in the track.

Disclosed embodiments may relate generally to a micro airflow generator which does not use fan(s) or a heater to generate airflow (for example in a compact optical PM sensor). Rather, disclosed embodiments typically may use induced movement of a membrane/diaphragm element to generate air flow (wherein movement of the membrane in turn induces movement in air). For example, a membrane or diaphragm element could be driven by an (electronic) actuator element, such as an electro-magnetic actuator or piezo disc bender (or some other means of vibrating/moving the membrane element in a way which induced airflow). In some embodiments, the electro-magnetic actuator itself may include a membrane (such that the electro-magnetic actuator might encompass the membrane and the electronic actuator element, such as a magnet and corresponding coil) and/or the piezo disc bender might serve as both the membrane/diaphragm and the electronic actuator element.
