A European standard-based double-gun high-power quick charging system and method are disclosed. The system includes a battery management system, and at least two paths composed of corresponding charging communication modules, chargers and high-voltage charging loops, each of the chargers connected to at least one charging gun; the battery management system independently controls the charging communication module and high-voltage charging loop, and performs mapping management on a control signal and high-voltage charging loop; information interaction between different charging control units and chargers is carried out independently. By designing the system compatibility and time sequence difference when a double-gun system is connected, the problem of idle chargers is solved, so that the charging speed is increased, and the problems of long-time occupation of charging resources by vehicles and low utilization efficiency of vehicles are avoided; insulation detection performed on the initial charging of vehicle battery system increases safety of the system.

An embodiment of the present invention discloses a monitoring and repair method for a planetary exploration parachute system. The monitoring and repair method includes: sensing an impact force of dust and generating a sensing signal by a sensor; receiving the sensing signal by an electrode in a fuse; and when the sensing signal is greater than a preset threshold, fusing a safety wire in the fuse; after the safety wire is fused, changing a spring in the fuse from a compressed state to a natural state to generate tension; and rotating a repair rod under an action of the tension to drive a folding piece to be changed into an unfolded state from a folded state, thus realizing precise evaluation of impact damage of dust particles to a parachute body, closed-loop control and real-time self-repair.

When the shell swings un-directionally with fluctuation of the waves, the compound-pendulum mechanism makes un-directional rotation that adapts to the dynamic changes of water surface wave energy. The electromagnetic power generation mechanism and the piezoelectric power generation mechanism convert energy through two different electromechanical coupling transduction mechanisms.
