A liquid container manufacturing method of manufacturing a liquid container that contains a content liquid from a synthetic resin preform, the method including an inflation body insertion step of inserting an inflation body into the preform; an air discharge step of discharging air out of the preform by inflating an inflation body in the preform; a mouth blocking step of blocking a mouth of the preform; an inflation body contraction step of contracting the inflation body with the mouth blocked; and a liquid blow molding step of molding the preform into a liquid container by supplying a pressurized liquid into the preform through a blow nozzle.

Liquid container manufacturing method

A preform for biaxial stretching blow molding. The preform being formed into a closed-end cylinder by direct blow molding and which is to be shaped into a container using a pressurizing liquid medium. The preform has either a single-layer or a multilayer structure constituted of one of a polyethylene resin having an MFR of 1.0-1.5 g/10 min. or a polypropylene resin having an MFR of 0.8 to 2.3 g/10 min.

Preform for biaxial stretching blow molding, and container

A blow molding apparatus for mitigating a difference in flow rates of a liquid supplied from a blow nozzle to a preform. The blow molding apparatus includes a blow nozzle that mates with an open tube portion of a preform and a seal body that opens and closes the blow nozzle. A filling head extends along an axial direction of the blow nozzle and is provided at one end with a liquid supply channel connected to the blow nozzle and with a liquid introduction channel connected to the liquid supply channel from the side. A pressurized liquid supply unit is connected to the liquid introduction channel and supplies a pressurized liquid to the liquid introduction channel. A spiral guide groove is provided around an axial center of the liquid supply channel in an inner peripheral surface of the liquid supply channel.

Blow molding apparatus

A composite container having a paper label adhered without adhesives to a container body at at least one of the top end edge outer circumferential surface of the container body and the bottom end edge outer circumferential surface of the base part of the container body. Adherence of the paper label to the container body being effectuated by disposing the paper label in a mold and biaxial stretch blow shaping a preform into the container body with a liquid as a pressurized medium.

Composite container

An injection molding device including a middle flow channel which forms an intermediate layer of a preform which is subject to biaxial stretch blow molding. The middle flow channel s segmented into a predetermined number of flow sub-channels by vertical blocking rib piece(s). Side wall's upstream portions of the vertical blocking rib piece are formed as angled surfaces whose distance from each other decreases from the downstream side to the upstream side, and/or, an end portion of the vertical blocking rib piece that is located on the downstream side is tucked in at least one of the inner flow channel and the outer flow channel.

Preform injection molding device

A problem to be solved by this invention is to control the above-described problem of delamination in the laminated and biaxially drawn, blow molded bottle. A major means of this invention to solve this problem is a biaxially drawn, blow molded bottle characterized in that vertical connecting zones having no intermediate layer and having substrate layers welded directly with each other are formed in parallel in a circumferential direction and in a plural number along an axial direction of the bottle and are disposed on both right and left sides of each intermediate layer segment to be formed in this height range, and that horizontal connecting zones having no intermediate layer and having substrate layers welded directly with each other are also formed in parallel in an axial direction and in a plural number along a circumferential direction of the bottle and are disposed on both upper and lower sides of each intermediate layer segment to be formed, thus allowing the intermediate layer to be segmentalized in the circumferential and axial directions by both the vertical and horizontal connecting zones.

Laminated synthetic resin bottle, injection molding device, and process for molding a laminated preform

A laminated bottle with a gas barrier resin layer arranged between polyester resins layers is provided. The gas barrier resin layer includes a plurality of quadrangular segments with two sides extending along the bottle axis and two sides extending around the bottle axis, wherein the segments are arranged at a distance to each other via connecting layers which connect the inner layer and the outer layer.

Laminated bottle

A biaxially drawn, blow molded bottle characterized in that vertical connecting zones having no intermediate layer and having substrate layers welded directly with each other are formed in parallel in a circumferential direction and in a plural number along an axial direction of the bottle and are disposed on both right and left sides of each intermediate layer segment to be formed in this height range, and that horizontal connecting zones having no intermediate layer and having substrate layers welded directly with each other are also formed in parallel in an axial direction and in a plural number along a circumferential direction of the bottle and are disposed on both upper and lower sides of each intermediate layer segment to be formed, thus allowing the intermediate layer to be segmentalized in the circumferential and axial directions by both the vertical and horizontal connecting zones.

This invention is aimed at preventing containers effectively from performance deterioration, such as exposure of the recycled material at the neck and reduced strength of the pinch-off portion, as caused by a high ratio of recycled material used as the middle layer. There is provided a multi-layered blow-molded container molded from cylindrical multi-layered parison, wall of the container comprising at least an outer layer, an inner layer, and a middle layer, wherein the outer and inner layers are made of a same synthetic resin, while the middle layer is made of a recycled material consisting primarily of the synthetic resin used for the outer and inner layers. This container is characterized in that it has either middle-layer excluded zones or a thin middle-layer zone. These zones are provided at a predetermined range along the direction in which the parison is extruded.
