Provided is a zeta-potential measurement jig set capable of changing a sample or performing a plating process with a simple operation. The zeta-potential measurement jig set includes a frame and a measurement jig. The frame includes a first and second holding wall, a bottom wall that connects lower ends of the first and second holding wall and includes an anode plate and a cathode plate, and a first lock portion. The measurement jig includes a lower block and disposed on the bottom wall, a cell having a recess in which a sample is disposed and a cell communication hole, a middle block having a frame-like shape surrounding the recess in a plan view, an upper member covering an upper surface of the recess, and a second lock portion pressing the upper member toward the bottom wall. The first lock portion presses the middle block toward the bottom wall.

The cell and electrode portions are formed integrally, the electrode portions are made disposable together with the cell, and bubbles are unlikely to remain during injection of the sample solution.

A transferred object rotating device includes a mounting plate having an opening corresponding to a shape of a transferred object and being capable of moving from a mounting position to a rotating position, a boost unit capable of moving up to pass through the opening of the mounting plate in the rotating position, and a rotation plate capable of rotating about a power transmission shaft. The mounting plate moves to the rotating position after the transferred object is mounted on the mounting plate to close the opening. The transferred object is lifted by upward movement of the boost unit. The transferred object rotates while being sandwiched between the boost unit and the rotation plate. The transferred object mounted on the mounting plate in the mounting position can be transferred to the rotating position by the mounting plate, and rotate in the rotating position.

Thus, measured concentration variations based on changes in atmospheric pressure can be corrected.

In an isotopic gas analyzer, a gas injector () is provided for pressurizing a gas specimen in cells (). A correction curve (FIG.,) is prepared by plotting,CO,concentrations and,CO,/,CO,concentration ratios which are determined on the basis of a calibration curve and,CO,and,CO,absorbances of gaseous samples having the same,CO,/,CO,concentration ratio but known different,CO,concentrations. A gaseous test sample containing,CO,and,CO,as component gases is introduced into a cell, and spectrometrically measured. A,CO,concentration of the gaseous test sample is determined by way of the spectrometric measurement. A concentration ratio correction value is obtained on the basis of the correction curve and the,CO,concentration of the gaseous test sample thus determined. A measured,CO,/,CO,concentration ratio is divided by the concentration ratio correction value thus obtained for correction of the,CO,/,CO,concentration ratio. Thus, the measurement accuracy of the concentration ratios of the component gases can be improved.
