A state detecting device which can be applied even in a severe environment. The state detecting device includes a chargeable all-solid-state battery, a piezoelectric element which supplies charging power to the all-solid-state battery, and an integrated circuit including various sensors which operate with electric power supplied from the all-solid-state battery. The all-solid-state battery, the piezoelectric element, and the integrated circuit are mounted on one surface of a flexible substrate. The flexible substrate is attached to a flexible object which is either an object to be measured or constitutes at least part of an inner surface of a space to be measured.

State detecting device

A magnetic field detection device includes: a first magnetic field generating part, including a first magnetic field generating conductor; a first magnetic field detection part, including a first magnetic field detection element and a first differential operation part, wherein a first output of the first magnetic field detection element corresponding to the environment magnetic field is inputted into the first differential operation part, and a first feedback current flows into the first magnetic field generating conductor, and thus the first magnetic field generating part provides the first magnetic field detection element with a first feedback current magnetic field, with a direction opposite to the environment magnetic field; a second magnetic field generating part, including a second magnetic field generating conductor, in which a second current corresponding to the first feedback current flows; and a second magnetic field detection part, including a second magnetic field detection element.

Magnetic field detection device

A magnetic field detecting sensor includes a bridge circuit which is connected to multiple magnetoresistive effect elements and is capable of outputting a differential voltage between specified connection points, a magnetic field generating conductor for providing the magnetoresistive effect elements with a magnetic field in a direction opposite to that of the detection magnetic field by disposing a magnetic body near the center of the bridge circuit, a differential operation circuit which the differential voltage is input in and makes a feedback current flow to the magnetic field generating conductor, wherein the feedback current generates the magnetic field in a direction opposite to that of the detection magnetic field in the magnetic field generating conductor, and a voltage converting circuit for outputting the feedback current as a voltage value. The magnetic field generating conductor and the magnetoresistive effect elements are formed in the same stacked body.

Magnetic field detecting sensor and magnetic field detecting apparatus using the same

A current sensor includes, a current-measured wiring including parallel wiring sections in which portions of the same wiring are arranged in parallel such that electric current to be measured flows therein in opposite directions each other; a magnetism detection unit which is arranged between parallel wirings located in the parallel wiring sections and detects a magnetic field in a direction perpendicular to a plane formed by the parallel wirings; a current detection unit which detects electric current flowing in the current-measured wiring, based on the magnetic field detected by the magnetism detection unit; and a magnetic core surrounding the parallel wiring sections so as to intensify the magnetic field generated around the parallel wirings located in the parallel wiring sections when electric current flows in the wirings. The magnetic core has a pair of plates facing each other over a plane formed by the parallel wirings, the pair of plates having flat and parallel inner faces, and the magnetism detection unit is arranged between the pair of plates of the magnetic core.

Current sensor

The electronic component module includes a substrate; an electronic component mounted on an electronic component mounting surface of the substrate; an insulating body that covers the electronic component on the electronic component mounting surface of the substrate; and a metal film formed by electroless plating, the metal film covering an exterior surface of the insulating body and a side surface of the substrate. The substrate has a space section in which a space is formed, the space being dented inward of the substrate in the periphery of a surface opposite to the electronic component mounting surface of the substrate, and the metal film entirely covers at least one side surface of the electronic component module except for at least a portion located on a surface perpendicular to the electronic component mounting surface of the substrate in the space section.

Electronic component module and its manufacturing method

A magnetic sensor capable of detecting a magnetic field with high sensitivity is provided. The magnetic sensor includes a bridge circuit having a plurality of magneto resistive effect elements connected with each other, and is capable of detecting a differential voltage between predetermined connecting points. The magneto resistive effect elements output resistance values which vary in accordance with a direction of a magnetic field to be input, and are arranged such that fixed magnetization directions of all magneto resistive effect elements are in the same direction. Further, a magnetic body which changes the direction of the magnetic field to be input to the magneto resistive effect elements is also provided in the vicinity of the bridge circuit.

Magnetic sensor

A magnetic sensor having a reduced size and cost is provided. More particularly, the magnetic sensor includes a magnetic field detection chip having a magnetic field detection element for detecting a magnetic field and an output terminal for outputting an output signal from the magnetic field detection element. A substrate has the magnetic field detection chip mounted thereon, and has a connection terminal for being connected to the output terminal of the magnetic field detection chip that is formed on a mount face of the substrate. An output-terminal formed face of the magnetic field detection chip is arranged non-parallel to the mount face of the substrate. More specifically, the output-terminal formed face of the magnetic field detection chip is arranged almost vertical to the mount face of the substrate.

Magnetic sensor and manufacturing method of the same

To provide a tilt angle sensor that is capable of detecting acceleration, a tilt angle, and the like of a device to which the tilt sensor angle is mounted, and also capable of reducing the size and the cost with a simple structure. The tilt angle sensor comprises: a spring member having a fixed end a free end that has a flexibility to be bent at least in one direction; a magnetic field generating device for generating a magnetic field, which is mounted at the free end of the spring member; a magnetic field detecting device provided by facing the magnetic field generating device for detecting a direction of the magnetic field generated by the magnetic field generating device; and a damping device for giving a damping force to a bending action of the spring member.

Tilt angle sensor and detection-target device comprising the same

There is provided an acceleration sensor that is capable of detecting acceleration with high precision and capable of reducing the size and cost due to its simple structure. The acceleration sensor comprises: a pair of cantilevers arranged on a same straight line or almost in parallel in such a manner that positions of fixed ends and free ends are arranged to face in opposite directions from each other, and each of the free ends has a degree of freedom to deflect along a same direction; a pair of magnetic field generating devices mounted respectively to each of the free ends for generating magnetic fields; and a pair of magnetic field detecting devices arranged to face each of the magnetic field generating devices, respectively, for detecting directions of the magnetic fields generated by each of the magnetic field generating devices.

Acceleration sensor and electronic device comprising the same

An air pressure sensor capable of measuring air pressure highly accurately with a simple configuration is provided. The sensor includes: a sealed case with a sealed space formed therein; a first thin plate member which constitutes at least a part of the wall of the sealed case and deforms to allow the capacity of the sealed space to vary corresponding to changes in the outside air pressure; a first PZT which contacts the first thin plate member to thereby detect the natural frequency thereof; and a second thin plate member which has the same vibration characteristics as those of the first thin plate member and is provided outside the sealed case while contacting it; and a second PZT which has the same temperature characteristics as those of the first PZT and contacts the second thin plate member to thereby detect the natural frequency thereof.

Air pressure sensor

The invention relates to a microactuator comprising a movable structure having a symmetric axis about which the movable structure are divided into two parts which can produce the same movement but in opposite directions; two active arms built with piezoelectric material; two stationary structures to connect the two active arms at their two ends, respectively. The invention also relates to a disk drive suspension which is incorporated with the microactuator.
