A display apparatus includes: a substrate defining a display area, and a peripheral; first and second conductive lines sequentially located along a first direction on one side of the peripheral area, the first and second conductive lines each extending in a second direction crossing the first direction; first and second stages located along the second direction on one side of the peripheral area; a first connection line extending in the first direction, and connecting the first conductive line to the first stage; a second connection line extending in the first direction, and connecting the second conductive line to the second stage; and a first auxiliary line extending in the first direction from the first conductive line, and connected to the second connection line. A first length of the first connection line in the first direction is greater than a second length of the second connection line in the first direction.

Display apparatus

A scan driver includes stages, and first to third clock signals are applied to the stages, respectively. A falling time of the first clock signal is shorter than falling times of the second and third clock signals.

A scan driver includes a plurality of stages, each of the plurality of stages including: a first controller to control voltage levels of a first control node and a second control node in response to a first start signal and a second start signal, and to output a first carry signal; a second controller to control voltage levels of a third control node and a fourth control node in response to the first start signal and the second start signal, and to output a second carry signal; and an output circuit including: a pull-up transistor having a gate connected to the first control node; and a pull-down transistor having a gate connected to the third control node. The output circuit is to output a scan signal based on an on voltage output through the pull-up transistor and an off voltage output through the pull-down transistor.

A display device includes a substrate including a first substrate portion including a first area, a second substrate portion including a second area, and a bending area between the first substrate portion and the second substrate portion, the substrate being bendable around a bending axis that extends in a first direction, an encapsulation portion over the first substrate portion, an intermediate wiring including a first intermediate wiring portion in the first area and a second intermediate wiring portion in the second area, and a connection wiring including at least a portion in the bending area and connecting the first intermediate wiring portion to the second intermediate wiring portion.

A display apparatus includes a lower substrate including a peripheral area around a display area, an upper substrate facing the lower substrate, a display unit in the display area including a pixel circuit and a display device electrically connected to the pixel circuit, a seal in the peripheral area to surround the display unit, the seal adhering the lower substrate to the upper substrate, a power supply line between the lower substrate and the seal such that at least a portion of the power supply line and the seal overlap each other, and a first thermally conductive layer between the power supply line and the lower substrate, at least a part of the first thermally conductive layer overlapping an end portion of the power supply line, the first thermally conductive layer being connected to the power supply line and extending toward an edge of the lower substrate.

A display apparatus and a method of manufacturing a display apparatus, the display apparatus including a first area, the first area including a structure of thin layers on a substrate; a second area, the second area including a structure of thin layers on the substrate; a planarization layer that planarizes the first area and the second area; and a step-height compensation layer, wherein the structure of thin layers of the first area is different from the structure of thin layers of the second area, the step-height compensation layer compensates for a height difference between the first area and the second area due to the different structures of thin layers, and the step-height compensation layer is between the substrate and the planarization layer and in the first area or the second area.

Display apparatus having level compensation layers and method of manufacturing the same

A display apparatus includes a substrate, a display unit, a pad portion, and a connection wire. The display unit is on the substrate. The display unit includes a pixel circuit and a display device electrically connected to the pixel circuit. The pad portion is at one side of a peripheral area outside the display unit. The pad portion includes a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer arranged on and electrically connected to the first conductive layer, and a third conductive layer arranged on and electrically connected to the second conductive layer. The connection wire connects the pad portion and the display unit to each other to transmit a signal input to the pad portion to the display device. The connection wire includes a same material as that of the first conductive layer.

A display device includes a substrate including a first substrate portion including a first area, a second substrate portion including a second area, and a bending area between the first substrate portion and the second substrate portion, the substrate being bendable around a bending axis that extends in a first direction, an encapsulation portion over the first substrate portion, a seal portion between the first substrate portion and the encapsulation portion to bond the first substrate portion to the encapsulation portion, an intermediate wiring including a first intermediate wiring portion in the first area and a second intermediate wiring portion in the second area, the intermediate wiring being covered by at least one inorganic layer, and a connection wiring including at least a portion in the bending area and connecting the first intermediate wiring portion to the second intermediate wiring portion.

A display device includes: a substrate; a semiconductor layer of a transistor, on the substrate; a gate electrode of the transistor on the semiconductor layer; and a conductive layer element corresponding to the transistor. The conductive layer element is both electrically connected to a constant voltage source and contacts the substrate.

A pixel circuit to be connected to a data line and first and second power supply lines includes a light emitting element connected between the first power supply line and the second power supply line; a driving transistor to control a current flowing from the first power supply line to the second power supply line through the light emitting element according to a voltage of a first node; a first switching element connected between the first node and a second node; a second switching element connected between the second node and a third node; a first capacitor connected between the first power supply line and the first node; and a second capacitor connected between the second node and the data line.

Pixel circuit and organic light emitting display device

A light emitting display device includes: a display panel including a plurality of pixel groups arranged along a first direction; first, second, and third pixels in each of the pixel groups, arranged in a second direction which crosses the first direction, and respectively emitting light having different colors; a light emitting element in each of the first, second and third pixels; a first power supply line connected to the light emitting element of each first pixel of each pixel group; a second power supply line connected to the light emitting element of each second pixel of each pixel group; and a third power supply line connected to the light emitting element of each third pixel of each pixel group.
