The rotor includes a shaft that allows cooling oil to flow therein; a substantially cylindrical rotor yoke fitted over the shaft; a magnet fitted to the rotor yoke; and a first end plate abutting on one end of the rotor yoke. In this configuration, the rotor yoke includes a cooling oil passage that is formed on a radially inner side of the magnet and allows the cooling oil to flow in an axial direction, the rotor yoke receives a pressing force in the axial direction via the first end plate, and the rotor yoke and the first end plate form a sealing part that seals the cooling oil, in a section positioned between the cooling oil passage and the magnet in the radial direction.

Rotor

A rotary electric machine includes a rotor, and a rotor shaft connected to the rotor so as to be integrally rotatable and provided with a coolant flow path through which a coolant flows. The rotor shaft includes a first rotor shaft and a second rotor shaft which is inserted into the first rotor shaft and is connected to the first rotor shaft so as to be integrally rotatable. The first rotor shaft includes an opposing surface opposed to a tip surface of the second rotor shaft, and a coolant supply path extending radially from a vicinity of the opposing surface. A gap is provided between the opposing surface of the first rotor shaft and the tip surface of the second rotor shaft. The gap constitutes a connection flow path connecting the coolant flow path and the coolant supply path.

Rotary electric machine

To provide a rotor of a rotary electric machine having higher cooling performance than that of the related art. In a rotor structure of a rotary electric machine, on a surface on the side of a rotor core () of a first end surface plate (), a plurality of grooves () that radially extend are provided, and a first annular groove () that annularly extends along a circumference of an insertion hole () into which a shaft () is inserted is provided. In addition, the first annular groove () is connected to radially inside end portions of the grooves () and a refrigerant supply hole portion () of the rotor core (), and a depth of the first annular groove () is set to be larger than a depth of the grooves ().

Rotor structure of rotary electric machine

A bus bar unit includes: a plurality of bus bars which electrically connect coils of respective phases of a rotating electric machine and an external power source to each other, and integrally form external connection terminals; and a bus bar integral holding portion which covers parts of the plurality of bus bars and electrically insulates the plurality of bus bars to each other. Each bus bars is equal in thickness from the external connection terminal to a bus bar joining portion joined to a coil joining portion of each phase, and a width of the bus bar joining portion is wider than that of the coil joining portion.

Bus bar unit

A rotor of a rotating electric machine includes a rotor yoke and a pair of end plates disposed on both axial sides of the rotor yoke. The rotor yoke is provided with a yoke cavity portion axially passing through a yoke main body, end plate hole portions communicating with the yoke cavity portion are provided in the pair of end plates, the yoke cavity portion and the end plate hole portions have a substantially triangular shape protruding toward an outer-diameter-side, and in the yoke cavity portion, top portions on both circumferential sides and a top portion on an outer-diameter-side are exposed from the end plate hole portions.

Rotor of rotating electric machine

A rotating electrical machine connection component includes a plurality of linear conductors, and a first molded resin portion that covers portions of the plurality of linear conductors and connects the plurality of linear conductors to each other. Each of the plurality of linear conductors includes a first straight portion extending out of the first molded resin portion in a direction parallel to a rotational axis of the rotor and connected to the terminal block, a second straight portion extending out of the first molded resin portion in a different direction from the first straight portion and a bent portion bent between the first and second straight portions. Of each of the plurality of linear conductors, a part of the first straight portion, the bend portion and a part of the second straight portion are covered by the first molded resin portion.

Rotating electrical machine connection component and method of manufacturing the same

A bus bar unit includes a plurality of bus bars that electrically connects coils of each phase of a rotary electric machine and an external power supply, a plurality of caps that separately covers portions of the plurality of bus bars and separately hold the plurality of bus bars, and an outer holding section that is formed of an insulating material, that collectively covers the plurality of caps, and that is formed in a state in which the plurality of bus bars are electrically insulated.
