A communication terminal includes: a power supply unit: a sensor: a wireless communication unit that transmits a detected value detected by the sensor to an external device in a wireless manner; and a control unit that sets one of a first mode and a second mode as an operation mode of the communication terminal, acquires the detected value detected by the sensor, and controls electric current to be supplied from the power supply unit, the electric current to be supplied to part of the control unit and the wireless communication unit in the second mode being made lower than in the first mode, wherein, when a difference between a present detected value detected by the sensor and a previous detected value detected by the sensor is smaller than a threshold value, the control unit sets the second mode as the operation mode of the communication terminal.

Communication terminal

An optical module includes a lens sheet having one or more lenses, a substrate having a photoelectric conversion device mounted on a first face thereof and having a first penetrating hole formed therethrough between the photoelectric conversion device and the one or more lenses, and an adhesive layer configured to bond a face of the lens sheet to a second face of the substrate, wherein the adhesive layer has a second penetrating hole formed therethrough between the one or more lenses and the photoelectric conversion device, and a pathway is provided to connect a space constituted by the first penetrating hole and the second penetrating hole to an outside of the space.

Optical module

A printer includes a print head, a platen roller, a frame, a release lever, and a spring. The print head performs printing on recording paper. The platen roller conveys the recording paper held between the platen roller and the print head. The print head and the platen roller are placed on the frame. The frame includes a side plate in which a frame groove is formed. The release lever moves relative to the frame. The spring is provided between the frame and the print head to urge the print head toward the platen roller. The platen roller is placed on the frame while being held between the frame groove and the release lever. The release lever moves to unblock the frame groove.

Printer

An electromagnetic relay includes a coil, an armature, an iron core, a card, a first contact, and a second contact. The card is connected to the armature and formed of an insulating material. The first contact and the second contact are in contact when there is no flow of electric current through the coil. The first contact and the second contact are separated with the armature being attracted to the iron core to interpose the card between the first contact and the second contact when there is a flow of electric current through the coil.

Electromagnetic relay

An optical module includes a housing including an upper cover and a lower cover, a first circuit board having a wiring pattern for transmitting an electric signal, a second circuit board on which a photonic device is bonded, the photonic device converting the electric signal into light or converting the light into the electric signal, an optical waveguide that is provided on the first circuit board, and guides the light output from the photonic device or the light to be incident on the photonic device, and a first thermal conducting member having plasticity, wherein, the optical waveguide, the second circuit board, and the first thermal conducting member are layered on the first circuit board, a first protrusion formed on the upper cover is adhered to a top surface of the first thermal conducting member, and the first thermal conducting member is adhered to a top surface of the photonic device.

A relay includes: a fixed terminal on which a fixed contact is provided; a movable terminal on which a movable contact is provided; a cam that has an elliptical circumference shape, and is rotatable while a portion of the circumference shape is contacting a surface of the movable terminal; and a driving unit that rotates the cam so that respective portions located at one ends of a major axis and a minor axis of the elliptical circumference shape alternately contact the surface of the movable terminal; wherein when the portion located at one end of the major axis of the elliptical circumference shape of the cam contacts the surface of the movable terminal, the movable terminal is deformed elastically so that the movable contact contacts the fixed contact.

Relay

An electromagnetic relay which is provided with an armature, a moving electrode which has a moving plate and a moving contact and a fixed electrode which faces the moving electrode and has a fixed plate and a fixed contact. At least a portion of the moving plate onto which the moving contact is arranged and at least a portion of the fixed plate onto which the fixed contact is arranged are inclined in width direction.

Provided is a printer capable of enhancing the cutting efficiency of printing paper. A printer, includes a printing unit; a fixed blade; a movable blade provided to be movable relative to the fixed blade, and cut the printing medium with the fixed blade; and a tension mechanism applying a tensional force to the printing medium. The tension mechanism includes a receiving member disposed on the discharge side of the fixed blade; and a pressing member extending from the movable blade toward the discharge side, moving with the movable blade. The pressing member includes a pressing part configured to press the printing medium against the receiving member and move toward the discharge side while holding the printing medium between the pressing part and the receiving member, as the movable blade moves toward the fixed blade.

A cutting device includes a cutting blade configured to cut a recording medium; a support unit that supports the cutting blade to be movable in an inclined direction with respect to a surface of the recording medium such that the cutting blade is moved toward the recording medium while moving in a width direction of the recording medium; and a movable unit that causes the cutting blade supported by the support unit to be moved in the inclined direction to cut the recording medium.

Cutting device and recording apparatus

An input system executes an input to an information processing apparatus depending on the hand motion. Plural myoelectric sensors are provided on an area between a wrist of the person and bases of a second finger to a fifth finger, and detect myoelectric signals depending on the hand motion. A setting portion outputs at least one command to make the person execute at least one particular motion in a state where the myoelectric sensors are worn on the hand, and associates the detected myoelectric signals after the output of the command with the particular motion corresponding to the command. An input portion identifies the hand motion from myoelectric signals detected based on the hand motion after the termination of the association and the association result of the setting portion, and executes the input to the information processing apparatus depending on the identified hand motion.
