The electric shielded wire connection structure includes: a lower side case that accommodates a rotary electric machine; an upper side case that is positioned immediately above, and facing, the lower side case and accommodates an inverter; a plurality of electric wires that is arranged in a state where one end thereof is connected to a lower side terminal block immediately under the upper side case, the other end thereof is connected to an upper side terminal block at a wall surface side end part of the upper side case, and the plurality of electric wires is bent from the position immediately under the upper side case so as to face the wall surface; and a braided shielding member that shields the plurality of electric wires and is arranged for the plurality of electric wires only at the side opposite to the surface facing the upper side case.

Shielded electric wire connection structure

A terminal block including an electric wire, a shield material, a terminal, a housing and a shield bracket. The shield material is configured to cover at least a part of the electric wire. The electric wire is connected to the terminal. The housing is configured to accommodate the terminal. The shield bracket is fixed to the housing. The shield bracket is configured to hold the shield material, and includes a folding portion. The folding portion is configured to hold an end of the shield material by sandwiching the end of the shield material. The folding portion has a notch hole.

Terminal block

A wiring harness () for connecting a first device and a second device includes a first shield connector () to be connected to the first device, a second shield connector () to be connected to the second device, wires () arranged between the first shield connector () and the second shield connector (), and a shield () made of an electrically conductive metal cloth. After the wires () are arranged between the first shield connector () and the second shield connector (), the sheet-like shield () is mounted to cover the wires (), thereby shielding between the first and second devices.

Wiring harness

A fitting-equipped electrically conductive sheet and a connection fitting configured to electrically connect to another member, in which both a low connection resistance and a high fixing strength are easily achieved. The connection fitting has a crimp section that is crimped to an edge section of the electrically conductive sheet material. The crimp section includes a pair of plate-shaped holding sections between which the edge section of the sheet material is sandwiched, and a folded-back section that connects them. One of the pair of plate-shaped holding sections has a band-shaped recess on an outer surface of an intermediate region between the folded-back section and the opposite edge section, the band-shaped recess being band-shaped by being more strongly crimped to the sheet material than other parts.

Fitting equipped electrically conductive sheet

A device connector () includes conductive members () that electrically connect a device () and a mating connector () and a device-side housing () in which the conductive members () are held. The device-side housing () includes primary molded parts () in which the conductive member () is arranged and include a nut holding portion () for holding a nut () and a secondary molded part () that is formed integrally to the primary molded parts () and includes a receptacle () into which the mating connector () is to be fitted. The conductive member () includes a mating terminal connecting portion () to be connected to a mating terminal (). The nut () is arranged in the receptacle () and a bolt () inserted through the mating terminal () and the mating terminal connecting portion () and is engaged with the nut ().

Device connector

A connector () includes a first housing () made of synthetic resin and including a fitting (), and a second housing () made of synthetic resin and including a tubular receptacle () into which the fitting () is to be fit. At least one first projection () projects forward on a front end part () of the fitting () in the connecting direction and at least one second projection () projecting toward the first projection () is formed on a part of a back wall () of the receptacle () corresponding to the first projection (). A fitting depth of the first and second housings () is specified by the contact of a tip () of the first projection () and a tip () of the second projection () when the first and second housings () are connected properly.

Connector

A wiring harness () includes a housing () for holding protected parts each including a connected part of an insulated wire () and a terminal fitting () in a plurality of terminal-provided wires () at intervals inside. The housing () has a double structure including an inner wire protecting member () and an outer wire protecting member (). The inner wire protecting member () holds the protected parts of the plurality of terminal-provided wires (), each in a pivotable state, at intervals. The outer wire protecting member () is formed by insert molding a thermoplastic material with the inner wire protecting member () holding the plurality of terminal-provided wires () as an insert part.

The cables are configured to supply electric power from an inverter to a motor. The cables include a connector and plural terminals fixed to the connector. A housing of the connector includes a first rib, provided between the adjacent terminals, connecting mutually facing surfaces of the housing. The terminal block is attached to an enclosure of the inverter or motor. The terminal block includes plural retaining walls, each of which encloses and retains a nut. The terminal block includes a second rib connecting adjacent retaining walls. One of the first and second ribs includes a recess. The connector is connected to the terminal block when each of the terminals is fastened to the terminal block with a bolt and the nut. The other of the first and second ribs is disposed in the recess and the ribs intersect when the connector is connected to the terminal block.

Connecting apparatus for power cable

An electromagnetic shielding tool that includes a metallic cloth and two bracket body portions. The two bracket body portions each include two elongated portions and a coupling portion, and respectively hold a first outer edge portion and a second outer edge portion on the side opposite to the first outer edge portion among four outer edge portions of the metallic cloth so as to form a ring that surrounds the periphery of electrical wires. The two elongated portions are made of a conductive material, are joined to the metallic cloth in the state of being arranged in series along an outer edge portion of the metallic cloth, and form a ring shape due to being combined with each other on two sides of the electrical wires. The coupling portion couples end portions of the two elongated portions to each other and holds the two elongated portions in the ring shape.

Electromagnetic shielding tool and wire harness

A first shield connector () includes a first housingmade of resin, wires (), a shield member () to be mounted on the wires (), and two brackets () including a plate-like first shield member connecting portion () to be crimped to a peripheral edge of the shield member () and case connecting portions () to be connected to a case of a motor. The case connecting portions () are arranged at sides of the shield member connecting portions () arranged to face each other and bolt-fastened to the case in an overlapping state. The case connecting portions () are formed with a stopper () including a hole (A). The first housing () is formed with retaining projections () to be inserted through the holes (A). The brackets () are held on the first housing () by inserting the retaining projections () through the holes (A).

Shield connector

A terminal block in which a plurality of conductive plates () connected to device-side busbars provided in a motor are made integral by a connector housing () made of synthetic resin includes a plurality of cores () in which the conductive plates () are made integral to a primary molded portion (); a metal plate () to be attached and fixed to a motor case; and a secondary molded portion () integrally forming the plurality of cores () held in contact side by side and the metal plate (). A contact portion () is provided between a pair of adjacent cores () and the pair of adjacent cores () are held in contact via the contact portion ().

A terminal block in which a plurality of metal conductive plates () to be connected to device-side busbars provided in a motor are made integral by a connector housing () includes a primary molded article () integrally formed to a primary molded portion () made of synthetic resin with a plurality of conductive plates () arranged side by side in a lateral direction; a metal plate to be attached and fixed to a motor case; and a secondary molded portion () integrally forming the primary molded article () and the metal plate (). Resin entering spaces, into which molding resin for forming the secondary molded portion () can enter, are arranged to cross straight parts of the primary molded portion () extending in the lateral direction in the primary molded portion () before the secondary molded portion () is formed.

A terminal block in which a plurality of metal conductive plates () to be connected to device-side busbars provided in a motor are made integral by a connector housing () includes a primary molded article () in which the plurality of conductive plates () are made integral by a connector housing (); a metal plate () to be attached and fixed to a motor case; and a secondary molded portion () integrally forming the primary molded article () and the metal plate (). The secondary molded portion () is formed by a secondary molding die including both upper and lower dies () and a slide die (). Pairs of tight holding portions () for tightly holding the slide die () are provided on the primary molded portion () before the secondary molded portion () is formed.

Device connector and method of manufacture

A mounting structure for a shielding shell () is provided for covering a housing () to be connected to a motor case. The mounting structure includes a metal plate () integrally to the housing () and adapted to attach the housing () to the motor case by mounting bolts. A first shielding shell (A) has two overlapping pieces () and is adapted to cover the front side of the housing (). A second shielding shell (B) includes two fixing pieces () and is adapted to cover upper, left and right sides of the housing (). The overlapping pieces () and the fixing pieces () are plates extending along the metal plate () and fastened together with the metal plate () to the motor case by the mounting bolts while being placed one over the other.
