The present invention relates to a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition comprising 70 to 97 parts by mass of a polybutylene terephthalate resin (A) having an intrinsic viscosity (IV) of 0.60 to 0.95 dl/g. 2 to 15 parts by mass of a modified olefin resin (B), and 1 to 15 parts by mass of a polyester elastomer (C), based on 100 parts by mass of components (A), (B) and (C) in total, and preferably further comprising 0.05 to 1.5 parts by mass of a carbodiimide compound (D). The polybutylene terephthalate resin composition has excellent impact properties and high fluidity.

Polybutylene terephthalate resin composition

The present invention relates to a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition having excellent heat resistance properties and high toughness, comprising 85 to 99.5 parts by mass of a polybutylene terephthalate resin (A) having an intrinsic viscosity (IV) of 1.0 to 1.3 dl/g, 0 to 13 parts by mass of a polyester elastomer (B), and 0.05 to 2 parts by mass of a talc (C) having an average particle size of 5 μm or less, based on 100 parts by mass in total of components (A), (B) and (C), wherein in the case where the polyester elastomer (B) is contained, the mass ratio of hard segment/soft segment constituting the polyester elastomer (B) is 85/15 to 50/50.

The polyester resin composition includes: a polyester resin A containing 82 to 88 mass % of a polybutylene terephthalate resin and 12 to 18 mass % of a polyethylene terephthalate resin; a metal organic acid salt B that is either one or both of an alkali metal organic acid salt and an alkaline earth metal organic acid salt; and an inorganic filler C having an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 3 &#x3bc;m in an amount of 1 to 13 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the polyester resin A, wherein the polyester resin composition includes either one or both of alkali metal atoms and alkaline earth metal atoms in an amount of 0.000005 to 0.05 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the polyester resin A, and a content of linear oligomers of polybutylene terephthalate or the like is not more than 1000 mg/kg.

A polyester resin composition contains a polyester resin A containing 50 to 100 mass % of a polybutylene terephthalate resin and 0 to 50 mass % of a polyethylene terephthalate resin. The polyester resin composition further contains a predetermined amount of a metal organic acid salt B, which is either or both of an alkali metal organic acid salt and an alkaline earth metal organic acid salt; a predetermined amount of a styrenic resin C; and a predetermined amount of an inorganic filler D. The amount of linear oligomers of polybutylene terephthalate or the amount of the linear oligomers of polybutylene terephthalate and linear oligomers of polyethylene terephthalate is less than or equal to 1000 mg/kg. Inorganic filler D has an average particle size of 0.05 to 3 &#x3bc;m.

A polyester resin composition contains a polyester resin A containing 70 to 100 mass % of a polybutylene terephthalate resin and 0 to 30 mass % of a polyethylene terephthalate resin. The polyester resin composition further contains a metal organic acid salt B, which is either or both of an alkali metal organic acid salt and an alkaline earth metal organic acid salt, and a predetermined amount of a styrenic resin C. The polyester resin composition contains a predetermined amount of either or both of an alkali metal atom and an alkaline earth metal atom relative to 100 parts by mass of the polyester resin A. In the polyester resin composition, the amount of linear oligomers of polybutylene terephthalate or the amount of the linear oligomers of polybutylene terephthalate and linear oligomers of polyethylene terephthalate is less than or equal to 1000 mg/kg.

The present invention relates to a polyester resin composition which has an excellent infrared light-transmitting property, and is excellent in heat resistance and low gas emission, and is suitable for use as black colored design parts (particularly as lamp parts). According to the present invention, there is provided a polyester resin composition containing, per 100 parts by mass of a polyester resin, 0.005 to 20 part(s) by mass of an inorganic filler that has an average particle size of 3 &#x3bc;m or less, 0.05 to 3 part(s) by mass of a polyfunctional glycidyl group-containing styrene polymer and 0.5 to 3 part(s) by mass of an infrared light-transmitting black dye, wherein the polyester resin composition satisfies the following requirements (1) and (2). (1) An average value of transmittances, for wavelengths of 800 to 1100 nm, of a flat plate that is obtained from the polyester resin composition and has a thickness of 2 mm is 5% or higher and less than 20%. (2) Color-L&#x2264;7.

Infrared-light-transmitting polyester resin composition

The present invention is a polyester resin composition that includes a polyester resin A containing 50 to 100% by mass of a polybutylene terephthalate resin and 0 to 50% by mass of a polyethylene terephthalate resin, a metal organic acid salt B being either one or both of an alkali metal organic acid salt and an alkaline earth metal organic acid salt, a polyfunctional glycidyl group-containing styrene-based polymer C in a predetermined amount, and an inorganic filler D having an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 3 &#x3bc;m. The polyester resin composition contains a predetermined amount of alkali metal atoms/alkaline earth metal atoms, and further the content of linear oligomers of polybutylene terephthalate, or the content of linear oligomers of polybutylene terephthalate and polyethylene terephthalate is less than or equal to 1000 mg/kg.

The present invention provides a polyester resin which is excellent in long-term thermal stability and moldability, comprises a dicarboxylic acid component and a glycol component, wherein 10 mol % or more of a furandicarhoxylic acid is contained as the dicarboxylic acid component and the polyester resin satisfies following requirements (1) to (3);
