A filter device includes a stacked body, an input terminal, an output terminal, a ground terminal, a ground electrode, first and second resonators, and a coupling electrode. The input, output and ground terminals are located on a lower surface of the stacked body. The first and second resonators are in a signal transmission path between the input and output terminals. The coupling electrode capacitively couples the first and second resonators. The first and second resonators respectively include first and second capacitor electrodes defining capacitors with the ground electrode. The coupling electrode is connected to the first capacitor electrode and defines a capacitor with the second capacitor electrode. The coupling electrode includes first and second electrodes. First ends of the first and second electrodes are connected to each other. Second ends of the first and second electrodes are connected to the first capacitor electrode.

Filter device and radio-frequency front-end circuit

A balun includes an unbalanced terminal; first and second balanced terminals; first and second main lines; first and second sub-lines; and a parallel line. The first main line has an end connected to the unbalanced terminal. The second main line has an end connected to another end of the first and second end that is open. The first sub-line is connected between the first and a reference potential, and is coupled to the first main line. The second sub-line is connected between the second balanced terminal and the reference potential, and is coupled to the second main line. The parallel line is connected in parallel with a part of the first sub-line. The line length of a specific portion of the first sub-line that is connected in parallel with the parallel line is different from the line length of the parallel line.

A balun includes an unbalanced terminal; balanced terminals; first and second main lines; and first and second sub-lines. The first main line has an end connected to the unbalanced terminal. The second main line has an end connected to the first main line and an end that is open. Each of the first and the second sub-lines is connected between the balanced terminal and a reference potential, respectively. The second sub-line includes a first partial line connected to the balanced terminal, and a second partial line connected between the first partial line and the reference potential. The second main line includes a third partial line connected to the first main line, and a fourth partial line connected to the third partial line. The distance between the first partial line and the third partial line is shorter than the distance between the second partial line and the fourth partial line.

A filter device includes an unbalanced terminal, balanced terminals, and first and second resonant circuits. The first resonant circuit is connected to the unbalanced terminal. The second resonant circuit is connected to the balanced terminals and electromagnetically coupled with the first resonant circuit. The first resonant circuit includes a resonator in which an inductor and a capacitor are connected in parallel between the unbalanced terminal and a reference potential. The second resonant circuit includes a resonator including an inductor connected between the balanced terminals and capacitors connected in series between the balanced terminals.

Filter device and multiplexer

A balun includes: an unbalanced terminal; a first and a second balanced terminals; a first and a second main lines; a first and a second sub-lines; and a first line. The first main line has a first end connected to the unbalanced terminal. The second main line has a first end connected to a second end of the first main line, and a second end that is open. The first sub-line is connected between the first balanced terminal and a reference potential, and is coupled to the first main line. The second sub-line is connected between the second balanced terminal and the reference potential, and is coupled to the second main line. The first line has a first end connected to the midpoint of the first sub-line, and a second end that is open. The first line is coupled to the first main line and the first sub-line.

Balun

Disclosed is a substrate treating apparatus for treating a substrate with a treating liquid, the apparatus including the following: a rotating member including a plurality of through-holes formed therein; a plurality of support pins attached to the through-holes with a non-sealing structure, and configured to support a substrate in such a manner that the substrate is spaced apart; a supply nozzle configured to supply a treating liquid to the substrate; a cover spaced apart below the rotating member; a rotational drive device configured to drive the rotating member rotationally in a horizontal plane; and a drive device configured to drive the support pins.

Substrate treating apparatus

A balun includes an unbalanced terminal, balanced terminals, and lines, and converts a signal between an unbalanced line and an balanced line. A first line is connected between the unbalanced terminal and a reference potential. A second line is connected between the balanced terminal and the reference potential, and is coupled to the first line. A third line is connected between the balanced terminal and the reference potential, and is coupled to the first line. A fourth line is connected in parallel to the second line, and is coupled to the third line. The fourth line is configured such that a signal with an opposite phase to that of a signal passing through the third line passes through the fourth line.

A power divider includes a first inductor connected between a first terminal and a second terminal, a second inductor connected between the first terminal and a third terminal, a resistor connected between a second terminal side of the first inductor and a third terminal side of the second inductor, a third inductor connected between a connection portion between the first inductor and the resistor, and the second terminal, a fourth inductor connected between a connection portion between the second inductor and the resistor, and the third terminal, a fourth capacitor connected in parallel with the resistor, and a fifth capacitor connected between the second terminal and the third terminal.

Power divider

A substrate treating apparatus includes a carrier platform, a transport mechanism, and a controller. The carrier platform places a carrier thereon. The carrier includes a plurality of shelves arranged in an up-down direction. The shelves are each configured to place one substrate thereon in a horizontal posture. The transport mechanism is configured to transport a substrate to a carrier placed on the carrier platform. The controller controls the transport mechanism. The transport mechanism includes a hand and a hand driving unit. The hand supports a substrate. The hand driving unit moves the hand. The controller changes a height position of the hand when the hand is inserted between two of the shelves adjacent to each other in the up-down direction, depending on a shape of a substrate taken from or placed on one of the shelves by the transport mechanism.

Disclosed are a substrate treating apparatus and a substrate transporting method. The substrate treating apparatus includes a first transport mechanism. The first transport mechanism includes a hand. A hand includes a base, a suction portion, a first receiver, a second receiver, and a receiver driving unit. The suction portion is attached to the base. The suction portion flows gas along a top face of a substrate, and sucks the substrate upward without contacting the substrate. The first receiver and the second receiver are supported on the base. The first receiver and the second receiver are disposed below the substrate sucked by the suction portion. The first receiver and the second receiver can receive a back face of the substrate. The receiver driving unit moves the second receiver with respect to the base. The receiver driving unit causes the second receiver to access the first receiver and to move away from the first receiver.

A power distribution/coupling circuit includes a common terminal, first and second terminals, a first connection point, a first inductor connected between the first connection point and the first terminal, a second inductor connected between the first connection point and the second terminal, a first capacitor connected between an end of the first inductor closer to the first terminal and a ground, a second capacitor connected between an end of the second inductor closer to the second terminal and the ground, a third capacitor connected between the first connection point and the ground, and a resistor connected between the first terminal and the second terminal, wherein the power distribution/coupling circuit further includes a third inductor connected between the common terminal and the first connection point and a fourth capacitor connected between an end of the third inductor closer to the common terminal and the ground.

An organic EL display device comprising: an anode; a cathode that is a metal film; a light-emitting layer between the anode and the cathode; and a sealing layer that covers a side of the cathode opposite a side on which the light-emitting layer is provided. An oxidation inhibiting layer and a cathode protecting layer are stacked between the cathode and the sealing layer. The oxidation inhibiting layer is closer to the light-emitting layer than the cathode protecting layer is.
