Provided is a curable epoxy composition capable of forming a cured product having excellent heat resistance even in a high temperature environment. A first curable epoxy composition includes an alicyclic epoxy compound (A) having an alicyclic structure and an epoxy group in a molecule, an acid anhydride-based curing agent (B), and an imidazole-based curing accelerator (C), and is liquid at 25° C. and to be used for a rotary electric machine. A second curable epoxy composition includes an alicyclic epoxy compound (A) having an alicyclic structure and an epoxy group in a molecule, an acid anhydride-based curing agent (B), an imidazole-based curing accelerator (C), and a polyester polyol (D), and is to be used for a rotary electric machine.

A dry-laid nonwoven fabric production method may include: affixing resin particles including polymeric molecules to a plurality of first fibers; applying an external force to the plurality of first fibers to which the plurality of resin particles are affixed so as to reduce gaps between the first fibers; relieving the applied external force to form in gas, from the plurality of resin particles, second fibers each having an outer diameter smaller than that of the first fiber and the outer diameter of each of the second fibers have a value in a range from 30 nm to 1.0 μm; and forming a nonwoven fabric that is a fiber composite including the first fibers and the second fibers.

Provided is a sheet-shaped mold possessing a high strength and having a low breakage rate in demolding even in a case where the mold is thin and has a large-area. The sheet-shaped mold is prepared by combining a cured silicone rubber containing a polyorganosiloxane and a fiber for reinforcing the cured silicone rubber. The fiber may comprise a cellulose nanofiber. The sheet-shaped mold may have an uneven pattern on at least one surface (or side) thereof. The fiber may be surface-treated with a hydrophobizing agent. The fiber may forma nonwoven fabric, and the nonwoven fabric may be impregnated with the cured silicone rubber. The cured silicone rubber may comprise a two-component curable silicone rubber having a polydimethylsiloxane unit. The sheet-shaped mold may be a mold for nanoimprint lithography using a photo-curable resin.
