[Object] To realize control that, in control of facility equipment, reduces electricity charges, taking into consideration fluctuation in power amount charge unit prices, and also a relation between a prediction value of power usage and a greatest value in a relevant period. [Solution] A control device that generates control information for controlling facility equipment of a consumer includes an information acquisition unit that acquires information of a power amount charge unit price that fluctuates and information of power usage of the consumer, and a control information generating unit that, on the basis of the power amount charge unit price in an object interval that is an interval in which control of the facility equipment is performed and information of power usage of the consumer in an interval after the object interval, generates control information for the facility equipment of the consumer in the object interval.

Generating device, system, and program

A power control system performs power control such that a target power set for a group including a plurality of units of power consumption is not exceeded. The system includes a limit value setting unit that sets, for each of the units of power consumption, a limit value of power usage for a predetermined time period based on the target power, and an adjustment unit that adjusts, within the predetermined time period, the limit value of each of the units of power consumption based on an actual result of power usage within the predetermined time period.

Power control system and program

A power control system performs power control such that a target power set for a group including a plurality of consumers is not exceeded. The system includes a first prediction unit that performs prediction on power usage of each consumer in the group over each of predetermined time periods, a limit value setting unit that sets limit values of power usage of each consumer based on a prediction result obtained by the first prediction unit, a second prediction unit that predicts the power usage of the consumers in the group over a current time period, and a control unit that controls power usage of equipment devices of each consumer based on predicted values of the power usage of the consumers over the current time period, such that the limit values of power usage of the consumers for the current time period are not exceeded.

[Object] To suppress increase in load on a calculator for processing electricity charges, in a case in which an electricity retailer that purchased power of which the price fluctuates sells power on the basis of metered charges in accordance with an amount of power usage of a consumer, by controlling facility equipment of the consumer on the basis of a relation between purchase prices and metered charges of the power. [Solution] A control device serving as a generating device that generates control information for controlling facility equipment of a consumer that purchases power from an electricity retailer includes an information acquisition unit that acquires purchase price information, which is information relating to a purchase unit price of power that the electricity retailer purchases at a predetermined increment of time and that also acquires metered charge information, which is information relating to a unit price of a metered charge of power that the electricity retailer sells at the predetermined increment of time, and a control information generating unit that generates control information for controlling the facility equipment of the consumer by using the purchase price information and the metered charge information.

Generating device, system, and program for controlling use by facility equipment of purchased power

The control section implements: a utilization cooling operation in which the thermal storage medium absorbs heat from the refrigerant and in which the refrigerant evaporates in the indoor heat exchanger, when the receiving section receives a first signal indicating a request for reduced use of power during an operation in which the room is cooled by the refrigerant evaporating in the indoor heat exchanger; and a cooling and cold thermal energy storage operation in which the refrigerant absorbs heat from the thermal storage medium and in which the refrigerant evaporates in the indoor heat exchanger, when the receiving section receives a second signal indicating a request for accelerated use of power during the operation in which the room is cooled by the refrigerant evaporating in the indoor heat exchanger.

Thermal storage air conditioner

To avoid decline in the efficiency of a compressor at a low load, a thermal storage air conditioner has a refrigerant circuit () which has a compressor (), an outdoor heat exchanger (), and an indoor heat exchanger () and performs a refrigeration cycle, and a thermal storage section () which has a thermal storage medium and exchanges heat between the thermal storage medium and a refrigerant of the refrigerant circuit (). The thermal storage air conditioner performs a simple cooling operation in which in the refrigerant circuit (), the refrigerant is condensed in the outdoor heat exchanger () and evaporates in the indoor heat exchanger (), and a cooling and cold thermal energy storage operation in which in the refrigerant circuit (), the refrigerant is condensed in the outdoor heat exchanger () and evaporates in the indoor heat exchanger (), and in which the thermal storage medium in the thermal storage section () is cooled by the refrigerant. The thermal storage air conditioner has an operation control section () which, if a rotational speed of the compressor () is slowed down to a predetermined lower reference value in the simple cooling operation, switches an operation of the thermal storage air conditioner from the simple cooling operation to the cooling and cold thermal energy storage operation to increase the rotational speed of the compressor ().

Regenerative air conditioner

To avoid decline in the efficiency of a compressor at a low load, the thermal storage air conditioner has an operation controller which, if a rotational speed of the compressor is slowed down to a predetermined lower reference value in a simple cooling operation, switches operation of the thermal storage air conditioner from the simple cooling operation to a cooling and cold thermal energy storage operation to increase the rotational speed of the compressor. During the simple cooling operation refrigerant is condensed in the outdoor heat exchanger and evaporates in the indoor heat exchanger, and during a cooling and cold thermal energy storage operation the refrigerant is condensed in the outdoor heat exchanger, evaporates in the indoor heat exchanger, and the thermal storage medium in the thermal storage section is cooled by the refrigerant.
