A high-frequency module includes: a multilayer wiring board; a plurality of components mounted on an upper surface of the multilayer wiring board; a sealing resin layer laminated on the upper surface of the multilayer wiring board and sealing the plurality of components; a shield wall disposed within the sealing resin layer and between the predetermined components; and a surface layer conductor disposed between the upper surface of the multilayer wiring board and the shield wall so as to overlap the shield wall in a plan view of the multilayer wiring board. The shield wall is formed in a polyline shape having bent portions in the plan view, and has, at the bent portions, projection portions penetrating the surface layer conductor.

High-frequency module

An antenna includes an antenna element in which a predetermined electrode is provided on a dielectric base member and a substrate in which a predetermined electrode is provided on a base. A feed-terminal connecting electrode to which a feed terminal provided on the lower surface of the antenna element, an external-terminal connecting electrode to which an external electrode is connected, and a ground-terminal connecting electrode to which a ground terminal provided on the lower surface of the antenna element are provided on the upper surface of an ungrounded area of the substrate. A chip inductor is connected between the external-terminal connecting electrode and the feed-terminal connecting electrode, and a chip inductor is connected between the external-terminal connecting electrode and the ground-terminal connecting electrode. The shortcut of a current route achieved by each of the chip inductors is provided.

Antenna and wireless communication device

An antenna includes an antenna element in which feed and non-feed radiation electrodes are formed on a dielectric base; and a substrate having a non-ground area in which a ground electrode is not formed. The antenna element is provided in the non-ground area of the substrate. Each of the feed and non-feed radiation electrodes has a radiation electrode by which fundamental and harmonic waves resonate, a capacitance-loading terminal is formed at a position of the antenna element where an electric field distribution of the harmonic wave becomes a node, and a power supply terminal is formed at a feed end of the feed radiation electrode. A power supply terminal connection electrode connected to the power supply terminal and a capacitance-forming electrode for causing a capacitance to occur between the power supply terminal connection electrode and the capacitance-forming electrode portion are provided on the substrate.

Antenna and radio communication apparatus

A dielectric base of an antenna element has a first external terminal at a position substantially corresponding to a node of voltage-distribution distribution of a harmonic wave distributed in a feeding radiation electrode and a second external terminal at a position substantially corresponding to a node of voltage-distribution distribution of a harmonic wave distributed in a non-feeding radiation electrode. A substrate has a ground electrode and a first external-terminal electrode to which the first external terminal is connected. An extension element extends from the first external-terminal electrode so as to be separated from the ground electrode.

Antenna and radio communication device

An antenna element has a dielectric base, at least a portion of which is arranged in a non-ground region of a substrate. A feeding radiation electrode has an intermediate path that is connected to a feeding portion and that is arranged to extend in a perimeter direction of the dielectric base on a side surface of the dielectric base adjacent to the non-ground region and spaced away from a ground region. The feeding radiation electrode has an open end side path that is arranged to extend along a loop path from the termination of the intermediate path and an open end of the extended distal end is arranged parallel or substantially parallel to and spaced apart from the intermediate path. A dielectric material having a high dielectric constant, which increases the capacitance between the intermediate path and the open end, is located in a region including the spaced region between the intermediate path and parallel or substantially parallel open end.
