Determining a set of extraction rules include clustering event segments into at least a first group of event segments, and determining, using first field data in the first group of event segments, a first set of extraction rules for extracting the first field data from each event segment of the first group of event segments. A determination is made that the first set of extraction rules fails to successfully extract all of the first field data. Responsive to the determination, the event segments are re-clustered into at least a second group of event segments and a third group of event segments until a successful set of extraction rules are identified. The successful set of extraction rules are stored in computer memory.

A carbon fixation material for adsorbing heavy metals in soil and a preparation method thereof are provided. The carbon fixation material has excellent carbon fixation capacity, the biochar is prepared by processing agricultural and forestry waste, the material source is green and environmentally friendly, can reduce environmental pollution. After modified by ferric chloride and mercapto silane coupling agent, the biochar has excellent adsorption amount and adsorption capacity for heavy metal ions and has strong retention capacity after adsorption, the modified biochar can be widely used in soil carbon fixation and heavy metal pollution treatment.

A dynamic dispatching method for semiconductor manufacturing system relates to a dynamic dispatching rule based on self-organization for dispatching in a semiconductor manufacturing system, including S1: setting roles and parameters of self-organization units, and defining key nodes in a production environment; S2: constructing a negotiation mechanism between the self-organization units, and designing a decision-making and dispatching subject ESOU; S3: according to a decision instruction of the ESOU, designing a LSOU allocation dispatching unit for distinguishing single-batch processing and multi-batch processing; and S4: designing a dispatching mechanism based on the self-organization units to implement dynamic semiconductor dispatching. The dynamic dispatching method includes three aspects: role definitions of self-organization units, a negotiation mechanism between the self-organization units and a decision-making method thereof. The simulation based on a real industry benchmark production line shows that the method improves the work movement, throughput and on-time delivery rate by 4.9%, 9.06% and 20.23%.

The present disclosure provides an ionic gel film preparation method, a chemical sensor and preparation method thereof, relating to the field of sensor technology. The preparation method of ionic gel film includes: blending a vinyl-free ionic liquid with a vinyl-containing ionic liquid and a specified additive to obtain a homogenous solution, taking a predetermined amount of the homogenous solution and dropping it onto a first substrate equipped with interdigital electrodes, flattening the homogenous solution on the first substrate using a second substrate, curing the flattened homogenous solution on the first substrate using ultraviolet light of a preset wavelength, and curing until the vinyl-containing ionic liquid polymerizes in situ to form an ionic gel film. The preparation method of ionic gel film, chemical sensor, and preparation method thereof of the present disclosure have the advantages of good device consistency, high conductivity, and good sensing performance when using the ionic gel film.
