The clamping device includes a pair of clamping members arranged in positions to clamp a rib (target portion to be clamped) of a workpiece and having contact surfaces to make contact with the rib; supports configured to support each of the pair of clamping members so as to be able to advance and retreat along a prescribed advancing/retreating direction relative to the rib, and to operate each of the pair of clamping members so as to clamp the rib when advancing; guiding units configured to make each of the pair of clamping members movable in a prescribed positioning direction due to a reaction force occurring when the pair of clamping members clamp the rib; and coil springs (biasing members) configured to elastically bias the pair of clamping members in a direction opposite the positioning direction, thereby capable of positioning the workpiece with high precision without damaging the workpiece.

Clamping device

A laser system for amplifying laser light generated from a laser light source and emitting the laser light includes an optical element in an optical path of the laser light and transmits the laser light, a control device to control power to be supplied to the laser system, an imager to capture an image of the optical element, and an image processing circuitry to process the image of the optical element captured by the imager. The image processing circuitry in which reference images of the optical element corresponding to power information relating to the power are prepared in advance includes a comparison unit to compare a captured image of the optical element captured by the imager with a reference image selected by a reference image selection unit, the reference image corresponding to the power information at a time of image capturing by the imager.

Laser system, learning device, and inference device

A gas laser device includes a shielding plate that is a first shielding member, and a shielding plate that is a second shielding member. The first shielding member includes a first opening, and a second opening. A laser beam that is to be propagated to discharge regions passes through the first opening. The laser beam that has taken a round trip through the discharge regions after passing through the first opening passes through the second opening. The second shielding plate faces the first shielding member the discharge regions located therebetween. The shielding plate includes an opening that is a third opening. The laser beam that has been propagated through the first opening and the discharge regions, and the laser beam that is to be propagated to the second opening through the discharge regions pass through the third opening. A plane shape of the third opening includes a rectilinear segment.

Gas laser device

A gas analysis device includes a light source configured to emit laser beam to a target gas, a reflection body which reflects the laser beam, a light reception device that receives the laser beam reflected by the reflection body, a container which contains the light source and the light reception device, and an alignment mechanism that includes an insertion member inserted from outside of the container to inside of the container to move, along a plane intersecting with the irradiation direction of the laser beam, at least any one of the light source and the light reception device.

Gas analysis device

A measurement apparatus includes a sensor probe and a circuit housing. The sensor probe is insertable through an opening provided in a flow path wall of a flow path through which a fluid to be measured flows and is used in a predetermined orientation relative to the flow direction of the fluid to be measured. The circuit housing includes a display, disposed outside of the flow path, and connects to the sensor probe. The circuit housing is fixable at a plurality of rotation positions relative to the sensor probe about an axis along the insertion direction of the sensor probe. The measurement apparatus allows the display direction of the display to be selected regardless of the orientation of the sensor probe.

In an electrode substrate, the surface of a metal circuit layeris covered and insulated by an insulating layer. In a photoelectric conversion element that uses this electrode substrate, the metal circuit layer is reliably shielded from an electrolyte solution or the like so that corrosion and leak current thereof is effectively prevented, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency can be improved. The insulating layeris preferably made of a material that contains a glass component, and is particularly preferably formed by printing a paste that contains glass frit. The metal circuit layeris preferably formed using a printing method.

One object of the present invention is to provide a transparent electrode substrate with an ITO film formed thereon, used for example as the transparent electrode plate in a dye sensitized solar cell, for which the electrical resistance does not increase even when exposed to high temperatures of 300&#xb0; C. or higher. In order to achieve the object, the present invention provides a substrate for a transparent electrode, wherein two or more layers of different transparent conductive films are formed on a transparent substrate, and an upper layer transparent conductive film has a higher heat resistance than that of a lower layer transparent conductive film.

A light emitting device having little variation in the intensity of light emitted from the light emitting surface is provided. The light emitting device of exemplary embodiments of the present invention includes a laminated body with a first conductivity type layer and a second conductivity type layer, with a light emitting portion therebetween. The light emitting device also includes a metal thin film layer on the second conductivity type layer of the laminated body, and a transparent conductor on the metal thin film layer. The transparent conductor includes a single layer of transparent conductive film. The grain size in the light emitting surface of the transparent conductive film is not less than 30 nm and not greater than 300 nm.
