A fusion sheet includes: a base material layer including a first surface and a second surface; a fusion base part partially stacked to the first surface of the base material layer and fusible to a wire-like transmission member; and an adhesive base part partially stacked to the second surface of the base material layer and having larger adhesive strength with an adhesive member than the base material layer. A first section and a second section are provided along an extension direction of the base material layer. The first section is a section where the adhesive base part is stacked to the base material layer other than a laminated section where the adhesive base part is stacked. The second section is a section where the adhesive base part is stacked to the base material layer other than a laminated section where the fusion base part is stacked.

Fusion sheet and wiring member

A wiring member includes: a sheet including a fusion layer; a wire-like transmission member fused to the fusion layer; a connector housing in which a cavity housing an end portion of the wire-like transmission member is formed; and a water stop member stopping water between a wall part of the cavity and the end portion of the wire-like transmission member. The water stop member includes an inner portion located in the cavity and an outer portion continuing into the inner portion to be located on an outer side of the cavity. Provided to the inner portion is a filling portion made up of a resin material thermally deformed to fill the cavity.

Wiring member

A wiring member includes: a connector housing including at least one housing body, with an opening in one main surface and a housing groove concaved toward another main surface, and a cover attached to the housing body; a wire-like transmission member including an end portion housed in the housing groove; and a filling member filling the housing groove. The housing body includes a bottom wall part and a sidewall part as wall parts of the housing groove. The cover includes a cover body part overlapped with the one main surface of the housing body to cover the housing groove. The filling member is also provided between a portion of the one main surface serving as a tip end surface of the sidewall part and the cover body part.

Wiring member including a connector housing containing a filling member

A wiring member includes a base member, a wire-like transmission member fixed to the base member, and a plurality of attaching members provided to the base member to be attached to an attaching target member. One attaching member is provided to only one lateral side of the wire-like transmission member in a first position along an extension direction of the wire-like transmission member in the base member. Another attaching member is provided to only another lateral side of the wire-like transmission member in a second position along the extension direction of the wire-like transmission member.

Attachment structure of wiring member

A wiring member includes: a wire-like transmission member including a transmission wire body and a covering for covering the transmission wire body; a sheet material to which the wire-like transmission member is fixed; and a cover formed of a material different from a material of the covering, covering the wire-like transmission member from a side opposite to the sheet material, and fixed to the sheet material, wherein the sheet material includes a first fixing part to which the covering is directly fixed and a second fixing part which is directly fixed to the cover more easily than the first fixing part and to which the cover is directly fixed.

In an attachment structure of a wiring member, the wiring member and an attaching target member are attached using a convex-shaped part, a concave-shaped part, and an elastic deformation part. When the convex-shaped part is inserted into the concave-shaped part upon receiving force toward a first direction, the elastic deformation part is elastically deformed by the force toward the first direction to fit the convex-shaped part to the concave-shaped part. When the convex-shaped part is pulled from the concave-shaped part upon receiving force toward a second direction opposite to the first direction, the elastic deformation part is elastically deformed by the force toward the second direction in a direction similar to the case of receiving the force toward the first direction, and releases the fitting state of the convex-shaped part and the concave-shaped part.

A wiring member includes a wiring body and an attaching member attached to the wiring body to attach the wiring body to an attaching target. The wiring body includes a wire-like transmission member and a base member holding the wire-like transmission member. The attaching member includes a base material attachment part plastically deformed and sandwiching the base member from both sides of the base member in a front-back direction and an attaching target attachment part attached to an attaching target of the wiring body.

Wiring member and attachment structure of wiring member

A wiring body includes a wire-like transmission member and a base member to which the wire-like transmission member is fixed. A temporary joint part joins portions where a first part and a second part mutually extending in an opposite side from a bending position in the wiring body overlap with each other in a state where the wiring body is bended in an intermediate portion of the wire-like transmission member in an extension direction to maintain a bending state of the wiring body. The temporary joint part is formed to be able to resolve a state of joining the first part and the second part by a relative separation movement of the first part and the second part.
