A rotary compressor of an embodiment has a rotating shaft, an electric motor, a compression mechanism, a balancer, and a balancer cover. The compression mechanism has a cylinder, a main bearing, and a sub-bearing. The balancer is provided on the rotating shaft on a second side of the sub-bearing in an axial direction thereof. The balancer cover covers the balancer. A lubricating oil supply path that opens on a second side end face in the axial direction is provided in the rotating shaft. A supply hole that allows the supply path to communicate with the outside of the balancer cover is formed in the balancer cover at a position facing the supply path in the axial direction. A seal mechanism that seals between the balancer cover and the rotating shaft is provided between the balancer cover and the rotating shaft while allowing relative movement between the balancer cover and the rotating shaft in the axial direction.

A rotary compressor according to an embodiment includes a plurality of eccentric parts, a first balancer, and a second balancer. The plurality of eccentric parts include a first eccentric part, a second eccentric part, and a third eccentric part disposed to be aligned from one side to the other side. The second balancer is disposed on the other side of the first balancer. Angles between a direction of eccentricity of the first balancer and directions of eccentricity of the plurality of eccentric parts are configured to increase in an order of the third eccentric part, the second eccentric part, and the first eccentric part. Angles between a direction of eccentricity of the second balancer and directions of eccentricity of the plurality of eccentric parts are configured to increase in an order of the first eccentric part, the second eccentric part, and the third eccentric part.

According to one embodiment, a rotary compressor includes a compression mechanism unit. The compression mechanism unit includes at least three cylinder bodies interposed between a first bearing and a second bearing, a plurality of partition plates provided between adjacent cylinder bodies, and a plurality of rollers compressing a working fluid in cylinder chambers of the cylinder bodies, and at least three cylinder chambers are partitioned by an end plate of the first bearing, an end plate of the second bearing, and the partition plates. Each of the end plates includes a first discharge port discharging the working fluid to a muffler chamber. Each of a plurality of partition plates includes an intermediate muffler chamber, and a second discharge port discharging the working fluid.

A first distance between the first center and a center of a compressor main body is smaller than a second distance between the second center and the center of the compressor main body and a third distance between the third center and the center of the compressor main body. The first suction pipe is connected to a first suction port on an uppermost side. A highly reliable horizontal rotary compressor is provided with a sealed housing, an electric motor, a compression mechanism, a frame which divides the inside of the sealed housing into an electric-motor chamber and a compression-mechanism chamber, and a plurality of bolts that fasten the compression mechanism to the frame. The compression mechanism includes a main bearing fasten to the end surface of a cylinder. A bearing contact-surface of the end surface of the cylinder is in contact with the main bearing, is located closer to the electric motor than a frame contact-surface which is in contact with the frame. The surface roughness of the frame contact-surface is greater than the surface roughness of the bearing contact-surface. The contact-surface of the frame is a single continuous flat surface located above the bolt located at the lowest position among the plurality of bolts.

A rotary compressor has a blade which is provided in a cylinder so that reciprocating movement can be performed. The blade partitions a cylinder chamber into a suction chamber and a compression chamber by making a tip end portion of the blade contact the outer peripheral surface of a roller. The blade includes two blade members provided so as to be superimposed in an axial direction of a rotary shaft. Tip end portions of the two blade members are made to contact the outer peripheral surface of the roller. The two blade members are energized by a coil spring so that superimposed portions of the blade members are made in contact.
