A radio wave environment measurement device includes: a multi-copter type unmanned flight vehicle configured to move in midair; a polyhedron attached to an airframe of the multi-copter type unmanned flight vehicle, the polyhedron having a plurality of surfaces; and an antenna provided on each of the plurality of surfaces of the polyhedron.

A radio wave environment analyzer includes a memory that holds location information on a radio transmitter disposed in a target area where a moving body is present and location information on a reference point at which a radio wave from the radio transmitter is received, and a processor that obtains (i) a first reception intensity of the radio wave at the reference point when the moving body is present at an initial location and (ii) a plurality of second reception intensities of the radio wave at the reference point respectively corresponding to cases where the moving body is present at a plurality of movement locations. The processor selects one or more locations out of the plurality of movement locations to execute a simulation of a radio wave environment in the target area, based on the first reception intensity and the plurality of second reception intensities.

A radio wave measurement method used in a transmitter and a receiver, includes transmitting a radio wave from the transmitter, receiving the radio wave by the receiver through a scatterer, measuring, a plurality of times, reception qualities of the radio waves received by the reception antenna of the main reception surface and received respectively by the reception antennas of the plurality of sub-reception surfaces while changing a position of the receiver, and determining a position of the receiver when the reception quality of the radio wave corresponding to the reception antenna of the main reception surface and the reception qualities of the radio waves corresponding to the plurality of sub-reception surfaces satisfy a predetermined condition as a measurement position used for derivation of a material constant of the scatterer.
