The present invention is to provide a thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin foam molded product which exhibits light weight, excellent rebound resilience and excellent surface smoothness. A foam molded product including a continuous phase formed of a resin component containing a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, wherein the thermoplastic polyester elastomer is prepared by bonding a hard segment and a soft segment, wherein the hard segment consists of polyester constituted from aromatic dicarboxylic acid and aliphatic and/or alicyclic diol as constituting components, wherein the soft segment is at least one member selected from a group consisting of aliphatic polyether, aliphatic polyester and aliphatic polycarbonate, wherein the foam molded product is constituted from, as a surface layer ranging from a surface of the foam molded product to a depth of 1000 μm, a surface layer consisting of only a foamed region in which a non-foamed portion having a cell density of 10% or less is not present, or the foam molded product has, as a surface layer ranging from a surface of the foam molded product to a depth of 1000 μm, a surface layer consisting of both a foamed region in which the non-foamed portion is present and a foamed region in which the non-foamed portion is not present, and wherein the foam molded product has a density of 0.01 to 0.70 g/cm.

Foam molded product and method for producing the same

A polyester elastomer resin composition having excellent anti-noise properties and wear resistance that achieves sustained wear resistance over a long period of time; enables lubricants to bleed out even in a low-temperature environment, so that the effects of the lubricants are maintained; and further prevents the lubricants from being dissolved in water, even when a molded article is washed with water. The polyester elastomer resin composition comprises a polyester elastomer (A), an aliphatic amide compound (B), and a copolyether (C), wherein the polyester elastomer (A) comprises a hard segment and a soft segment, the hard segment comprising a polyester that comprises, as constituents, an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and an aliphatic and/or alicyclic diol, the soft segment being at least one member selected from aliphatic polyethers, aliphatic polyesters, and aliphatic polycarbonates; the copolyether (C) comprises two or more different types of alkylene units and has a number average molecular weight of 1500 to 5000; and the aliphatic amide compound (B) is present in an amount of 0.01 to 1 part by mass, and the copolyether (C) is present in an amount of 0.1 to 10 parts by mass, per 100 parts by mass of the polyester elastomer (A).

According to the present invention, there is provided a foam molded product of thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin which exhibits light weight and excellent rebound resilience. The foam molded product is characterized in that, the foam molded product has a foamed layer consisting of a resin phase and an isolated foamed cell.

Foam molded product of thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin and method for producing the same

The present invention relates to a polyester elastomer resin composition comprising: a thermoplastic polyester elastomer (A); a thickening agent (B); and a urea compound scavenger (C), wherein the thermoplastic polyester elastomer (A) is composed of a hard segment and a soft segment that are linked to each other; the hard segment being composed of a crystalline polyester formed from an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and an aliphatic and/or alicyclic diol, the soft segment being at least one member selected from aliphatic polyethers, aliphatic polyesters, or aliphatic polycarbonates; the urea compound scavenger (C) has an amine value of 50 eq/t or more; the thickening agent (B) is present in an amount of 0 to 5 parts by mass, and the urea compound scavenger (C) is present in an amount of 0.1 to 10 parts by mass, per 100 parts by mass of the thermoplastic polyester elastomer (A). The invention can decrease the deterioration of physical properties of a polyester elastomer caused by the elastomer coming into contact with grease in an environment at a temperature exceeding 140&#xb0; C.

Polyester elastomer resin composition having excellent grease resistance

A polyester elastomer resin composition that provides improved mold fouling in a continuous use for a long-term, and prevents the lowering in physical properties of polyester elatomer which causes by contacting with grease in environments exceeding 140&#xb0; C. The polyester elastomer resin composition contains a thermoplastic polyester elastomer (A) prepared by bonding a hard segment and a soft segment an alicyclic polycarbodiimide compound and/or an aliphatic polycarbodiimide compound (B); and a polyamide resin (C) having an amine value of 50 to 2000 eq/tin such a ratio that (B) is in 0.1 to 5 part(s) by mass and (C) is in 0.1 to 10 part(s) by mass to 100 parts by mass of (A). The polyester elastomer resin composition has an acid value which is more than 5 eq/t and not more than 20 eq/t.

Polyester elastomer resin composition having improved mold fouling

The present invention relates to a polyester elastomer resin composition containing: (A) a thermoplastic polyester elastomer; (B) a di- or higher functional epoxy compound; (C) an organic carboxylic acid alkali metal salt having 3 to 40 carbon atoms; (D) an inorganic crystal nucleating agent; and (E) a urea compound scavenger having an amine value of 50 eq/t or more, wherein per 100 parts by mass of component (A), component (B) is present in an amount of 0.1 to 5 parts by mass, component (D) is present in an amount of 0 to 3 parts by mass, and component (E) is present in an amount of 0.1 to 5 parts by mass; component (C), on an alkali metal basis, is present in an amount of 50 to 2000 ppm in the polyester elastomer resin composition on a mass basis.
