An audio device includes a vibration member, and a first piezoelectric vibrator and a second piezoelectric vibrator that are provided on the vibration member. A natural frequency of the first piezoelectric vibrator is larger than a natural frequency of the second piezoelectric vibrator.

Audio device

In a vibration unit, a first electrode of a sensor circuit of a control unit is electrically connected to a first external electrode of a first piezoelectric element, a second electrode of the sensor circuit is electrically connected to a second external electrode of the first piezoelectric element, a first electrode of a drive circuit is electrically connected to a first external electrode of a second piezoelectric element, and a second electrode of the drive circuit is electrically connected to a second external electrode of the second piezoelectric element. Only a relatively small voltage induced by an electromotive force occurring due to the flexure of the first piezoelectric element is applied to the sensor circuit. In addition, only a relatively large drive voltage to be applied to the second piezoelectric element is applied to the drive circuit.

Vibration unit

In a vibration unit, a piezoelectric element enters an internal space of a through hole; and thereby, a second case member can be arranged proximate to a first case member. Therefore, a thickness of the vibration unit can be reduced, namely, a height of the vibration unit can be reduced. As described above, since the thickness of the vibration unit is reduced, a size of the vibration unit can be reduced.

A lens drive unit that prevents an actuator from being inclined is provided. In the lens drive unit, when a lens frame is displaced in a direction orthogonal to a direction in which the actuator extends and contracts with respect to a base member by, for example, impact from an outside of the lens drive unit, a drive shaft of the actuator abuts on a first lateral wall and a column, so that the actuator is prevented from being inclined with respect to the base member.

Lens drive unit

A lens drive unit that offers enhanced reliability in connection between an actuator electrode and an electric wire is provided. In the lens drive unit, an actuator has a weight housed in an holding portion of a base member and is thereby fixed in the base member. Electrodes on a lateral surface of the weight directly contact respective terminal electrodes on an inner lateral surface of the holding portion, so that an electrical connection is established therebetween. The arrangement enhances reliability in connection between the actuator electrodes and the terminal electrodes.

An X-axis movable object holding portion to hold an X-axis movable object is provided at a position facing an X-axis actuator in a base member. A Y-axis movable object holding portion to hold a Y-axis movable object is provided at a position facing a Y-axis actuator in the X-axis movable object. An X-axis stopper mechanism for restricting a movement range of the X-axis movable object is provided in the base member. A Y-axis stopper mechanism for restricting a movement range of the Y-axis movable object is provided in the X-axis movable object.

Lens drive device

The present invention relates to a piezoelectric driving devicecapable of moving the movable memberalong the axis direction engaged in a movable manner to the axial direction with respect to the shaft. A pair of the external electrodesandrespectively comprises the first external connection partand the second external connection partformed at the lower end face in Z axis direction by being insulated against each other. At the opposing face of the weight memberfacing against the lower end face of the element, the first circuit patternand the second circuit patternare formed by being insulated against each other; and the first circuit patternand the second circuit patternare respectively connected to the first external connection partand the second external connection partby a metal bonding.

Piezoelectric driving device

A lens drive for driving a lens having, in seriatum along the optical axis of the lens, a base member, an X-axis movable object, a Y-axis movable object and a lens carrier. The base member, the X-axis movable object, the Y-axis movable object and the lens carrier overlap circumferentially around the optical axis in the direction of the optical axis. A first conductive suspension wire connects wiring of the Y-axis movable object and the base member. A second conductive suspension wire connects wiring of the X-axis movable object and the base member. The first and second conductive suspension wires have substantially the same length.

An X-axis movable object holding portion to hold an X-axis movable object to be movable in an X-axis direction is provided at a position facing an X-axis actuator with an optical axis between the X-axis movable object holding portion and the X-axis actuator in a base member. A Y-axis movable object holding portion to hold a Y-axis movable object to be movable in a Y-axis direction is provided at a position facing a Y-axis actuator with the optical axis between the Y-axis movable object holding portion and the Y-axis actuator in the X-axis movable object. An auxiliary member supports a carrier actuator to move a lens carrier. In the lens carrier, a movement of the direction of the optical axis is regulated by a carrier stopper mechanism.

A gravity center obtained by combining a gravity center of an X-axis movable object, a gravity center of a Y-axis movable object, and a gravity center of a lens carrier is located in a triangle, as vertexes, having a contact portion in which an X-axis friction engagement portion comes into contact with an X-axis drive shaft, a contact portion in which a first X-axis support portion comes into contact with an X-axis movable object holding portion, and a contact portion in which a second X-axis support portion comes into contact with the X-axis movable object holding portion.

A thermistor has a sealing portion of glass which seals at least a thermistor element body, first and second electrodes, and ends of the first and second lead wires and an insulating portion which covers portions of the first and second lead wires exposed from the sealing portion. The first and second lead wires are spaced from each other and include respective first portions extending from the aforementioned ends and spaced from each other with a first space, respective second portions spaced from each other with a second space larger than the first space, and respective third portions spaced from each other with a space varying from the first space to the second space, between the first and second portions. The insulating portion covers the first portions of the first and second lead wires together and covers the second and third portions of the first and second lead wires independently for each of the first and second lead wires.
