There is provided an electrical motor in which the dimensional accuracy of a stator is increased more easily, and the influence exerted on a magnetic circuit is kept as little as possible. In an electrical motor in which the statorformed with n number (n is a positive integer) of teethin a row in a straight line form is bent into an annular shape and the end parts thereof are connected to each other, the sum of opening angles &#x3b8; of a cutoutformed between segments of the statoris made larger than 360 degrees, and a minute clearance is formed between the opposed surfaces of the cutoutwhen the stator is bent into an annular shape.

Electrical motor

In an electric rotary machine, a stator, a metallic supporting member configured to support the stator, and a rotor are provided, the rotor is relatively rotatably supported with respect to the stator, a magnetic path is formed via a gap portion between the stator and the rotor to give a torque to the rotor, and a space section is provided to interrupt the magnetic path at a position of the metallic supporting member near to a magnetic pole of the stator facing the gap portion.

Electric rotary machine

An axial gap electronic motor includes a stator and a rotor disposed opposingly with a predetermined gap. In order to provide an easy assembling operation of the stator, the stator includes a plurality of pole members annularly connectable. The annular stator core is obtained by connecting each of the pole members to which coil winding is previously applied.

Axial gap electronic motor

An axial gap electronic motor includes a stator having a plurality of poles, and a rotor. Each pole is formed of a stator iron core made of a magnet body and a coil wound therearound. The rotor has a plurality of poles formed of permanent magnet and arranged along a rotation axis direction of said rotor with a predetermined gap provided therebetween. The stator has a magnetic force generating section in which a plurality of the stator iron cores is arranged in a ring shape on a concentric circle with the rotation axis line of the rotor being a center axis. Each of teeth of the stator iron core is provided with a skew.

A radial-air-gap induction motor is constituted so as to have two air gaps by setting a rotor between a cylindrical outer stator and inner stator in order to improve an efficiency by increasing the ratio of torque/(square of current) by a two air gaps, apply windings for generating a rotating magnetic field to the outer and inner stators, and form squirrel-cage windings on the rotor.

Induction motor

In an axial-air-gap induction motor which has a disk-shaped stator and rotor placed coaxially around a rotating shaft with their surfaces opposing each other across a predetermined gap, the stator and rotor are each composed of a disk-shaped yoke and teeth fitted and secured in the yoke, making it easy to fasten the stator to the bracket, and the rotor to the rotating shaft, as well as to mount windings in the stator core and rotor core.
