A removing apparatus () includes a first removing section () and a second removing section (). The first removing section () includes a rotating disk () and a driven roller (). The rotating disk () has a pair of left and right first to fourth left and right removing blades () to () attached thereto. When the rotating disk () rotates in a counterclockwise direction, a coil conductive wire () sandwiched between the rotating disk () and the driven roller () is transferred in a transfer direction. When the rotating disk () rotates in a counterclockwise direction, the left and right side surface portions of the insulating coating () are removed by a blade portion () of a pair of left and right first left and right removing blades ().

Removing apparatus and method

The present invention provides a camshaft capable of suppressing an increase in the number of parts and the number of places to be processed, preventing scratching on a sliding surface that is a part of an outer peripheral surface of an outer shaft and on which an inner cam is rotated, and preventing occurrence of deformation in the entire camshaft after final assembly. A camshaft includes an inner cam that is attached from a radial direction of an outer shaft and that is fixed to an inner shaft with a pin inserted into the inner cam from the radial direction of the outer shaft in a cam surface of the inner cam.

Cam shaft

A crankshaft that can be strengthened in a short time without being subjected to wasteful processing, and that can be strengthened over a wide range. The crankshaft includes a crank pin and a fillet portion of a journal pin. Compressive residual stress is applied to a region on the fillet portion, which extends at almost equal distances to both sides in a circumferential direction from a portion in which the greatest bending load is applied, and a processing depth for applying the compressive residual stress is gradually decreased in a circumferential direction from the center position in which the compressive residual stress is greatest.

Crankshaft and method of strengthening shaft component

An inner cam has a substantially C-shaped cross section, an arcuately shaped inner circumferential surface of which is ground with high precision by such a honing method. The inner circumferential surface has a discontinuous portion. The honing method includes a fixing step and a grinding step. A plurality of inner cams, in which openings are provided between both ends thereof in the circumferential direction, are stacked, and the arcuately shaped inner circumferential surfaces thereof are subjected to grinding. In the fixing step, the relative positions of the plurality of inner cams are fixed such that a resultant force against the inner cams arranged on both end sides in the stacking direction, and a resultant force against the inner cams arranged on a central side in the stacking direction are opposed to each other mutually at a center location of the stacking direction.

Honing method and inner cam with C-shaped cross section

A camshaft is equipped with an inner shaft which is arranged rotatably inside a cylindrical outer shaft. Further, in the inner shaft, a plurality of pin holes extend along diametrical directions thereof, and are disposed at intervals along the axial direction of the inner shaft. The directions in which adjacent pin holes extend are arranged at angles obtained by dividing 360 degrees by the number of cylinders. The inner shaft and the inner cams are fixed in a state in which large diameter portions of pins, each of which is provided with a small diameter portion and a large diameter portion, are press-fitted through insertion holes of the inner cams and notches of the outer shaft, and are press-fitted into the pin holes.
