A curable composition used to produce a polyurethane foam comprises an isocyanate group-containing urethane pre-polymer (I) having an oxyalkylene ether skeleton and no siloxane skeleton, and an isocyanate group-containing urethane pre-polymer (II) having a siloxane skeleton and an oxyalkylene ether skeleton.

Curable composition

Excellent adhesiveness to resin substrates is provided even with a reduced pretreatment, preferably without a pretreatment, by a curable composition comprising an urethane prepolymer (A) having a polyoxyalkylene backbone and an isocyanate group, and an urethane prepolymer (B) having a polycarbonate and/or polyester backbone and an isocyanate group.

Curing composition

An apparatus () for mixing a paste material with gas includes: a mixing part () that mixes the paste material with the gas using a piston pump (); and a static mixer () that is connected to the mixing part to stir a mixture obtained by mixing the paste material with the gas in the mixing part. The static mixer includes one or a plurality of stirring sections through which the mixture passes, the stirring section has a shape that allows a flow of the mixture passing through the stirring section to be stirred. A ratio of a volume of the piston pump to a volume of at least one of the stirring sections of the static mixer is within a range from 1:0.2 to 1:5.

Apparatus and method for mixing paste material with gas

A gas mixing apparatus includes: a discharge port of gas provided near conduit space through which the high-viscosity material can flow; a piston pump including a cylinder that can communicate with the conduit space through the discharge port, a piston arranged inside the cylinder, and a drive device for moving the piston between a top dead center and a bottom dead center inside the cylinder; a discharge valve that opens and closes the discharge port; and a suction valve that opens and closes a suction port of the gas into a cylinder space, in which the cylinder forms the cylinder space having a predetermined volume when the piston is located at the top dead center, and in which a tip of the piston approaches the discharge port when the piston is moved toward the bottom dead center.
