A transmission belt that is to be mounted on pulleys, for transmitting a force between the pulleys. The transmission belt includes: at least one endless annular hoop; and plate-shaped elements that are held by the at least hoop such that the elements are arranged in a circumferential direction of the transmission belt. The elements, each of which has a pair of flank surfaces at its widthwise opposite ends, are to be clamped between conical surfaces of a substantially V-shaped annular groove of each of the pulleys. A flank angle of each of the flank surfaces is larger than a cone-generating angle of each of the conical surfaces. The elements include first and second elements, such that each of the first elements is to be in contact at the flank surfaces with the conical surfaces, and has a width larger than a width of each of the second elements.

Transmission belt

In a coasting control process, an ECU increases line pressure PL of a hydraulic path to predetermined pressure Psuch that discharge pressure of an MOP becomes higher than that before a C1 clutch is disengaged at timing when an executing condition of coasting control is satisfied (time t=t). According to such coasting control process, driving torque of the MOP increases, so that deceleration (deceleration G) caused by driving of the MOP by a drive wheel becomes larger than that in conventional coasting control in which the discharge pressure of the MOP is not increased. As a result, it is possible to inhibit a driver from feeling discomfort due to free-running feeling generated during the coasting control.

Vehicle driving device

A vehicle control device includes an engine, a starter for starting the engine, a transmission for transmitting power of the engine to a driving wheel, an oil pump for supplying hydraulic pressure to the transmission according to the power of the engine, an accumulator for accumulating the hydraulic pressure ejected from the oil pump, and an electromagnetic on-off valve for controlling the hydraulic pressure accumulated in the accumulator. When the engine is restarted after the engine has stopped, an ECU of the vehicle control device opens the electromagnetic on-off valve at the time a line pressure has become equal to or higher than a predetermined hydraulic pressure after the start of the starter, and supplies the hydraulic pressure accumulated in the accumulator to respective portions of the transmission.

Vehicle control device

A hydraulic control system for vehicle includes: an engine; an oil pump driven by the engine; a clutch device brought into engagement to enable power transmission between the engine and drive wheels by delivering a pressurized fluid thereto, and brought into disengagement to interrupt the power transmission between the engine and the drive wheels by discharging the fluid therefrom; and an accumulator storing the fluid delivered to the clutch device. The hydraulic control system is configured to control the hydraulic pressure applied to the clutch device, to stop the engine while bringing the clutch device into disengagement upon satisfaction of a predetermined stopping condition, and to restart the engine while bringing the clutch device into engagement upon satisfaction of a predetermined restarting condition. In the hydraulic control system, a hydraulic circuit increases flow rate of the fluid flowing between the accumulator and the clutch device when the engine is stopped.

Hydraulic control system for vehicle

A hydraulic control device includes an electric pump configured to supply oil to a belt-type continuously variable transmission mechanism of a power transmission device through a hydraulic path based on driving of a motor, and an accumulator configured to accumulate oil inside by using the oil supplied by the electric pump and supplies the oil to a control system by discharging the accumulated oil through the hydraulic path. According to such a configuration, an increase in the sizes of the electric pump and the accumulator used for hydraulic control at the time of executing an idling stop function can be suppressed.

Hydraulic control device and vehicle control device

A vehicle control device includes an engine that is a power source of a vehicle, a transmission configured to connect the engine to a drive wheel of the vehicle, and a clutch configured to connect or block transmission of power between the engine and the drive wheel through the transmission. The vehicle control device is capable of executing predetermined control to allow the vehicle to travel while stopping supplying fuel to the engine and releasing the clutch that has been engaged, during travel of the vehicle, and the vehicle control device downshifts the transmission at the time the clutch is released in the predetermined control. It is possible to shift the transmission into a lowest-speed side gear ratio by the downshift.

A hydraulic control device includes an accumulator configured to accumulate oil supplied by a mechanical pump and supply the accumulated oil to a C1 control system (clutch) by discharging the accumulated oil; a first oil passage connected to the hydraulic route (clutch oil passage) on an upstream side of a SLC linear solenoid; a second oil passage connected to the hydraulic route on a downstream side of the manual valve; and connection control unit (a switching valve and a pressure accumulation control valve) configured to control the connection between the accumulator and the hydraulic route so that the accumulator is in communication with one of the first oil passage and the second oil passage.

Hydraulic control device

A belt-driven continuously variable transmission having a downsized torque cam assembly for creating forward thrust to push a movable sheave toward a fixed sheave. The belt-driven continuously variable transmission is adapted to output a torque while changing a speed ratio continuously by altering an effective diameter position of a driving belt. The belt-driven continuously variable transmission is comprised of: an output gear, which is fitted onto the rotary shaft of the driven pulley to output the torque while being allowed to rotate relatively; a piston, which is fitted onto the rotary shaft of the driven pulley between the movable sheave and the output gear while being allowed to rotate integrally with the movable sheave and to reciprocate in an axial direction of the rotary shaft, and which increases an internal pressure of the hydraulic chamber by moving toward the movable sheave; and a torque cam assembly, which is interposed between the piston and the output gear, and which pushes the piston toward the movable sheave when the torque transmitted through the driven pulley is increased.

Belt-driven continuously variable transmission

A hydraulic pressure control device includes an accumulator configured to accumulate oil supplied by a mechanical pump and discharge the accumulated oil to a control system; a first oil path connected to a hydraulic path (clutch oil path) at an upstream side than an SLC linear solenoid; a second oil path connected to the hydraulic path (clutch oil path) at a downstream side of a manual valve; a connection control unit (switching valve, accumulation control valve) configured to control the connection between the accumulator and the hydraulic path to communicate the accumulator to either one of the first oil path and the second oil path; and a back pressure control oil path configured to supply the oil supplied by the mechanical pump to the back pressure side of the accumulator.

Hydraulic pressure control device and vehicle control device

A power transmission belt low in cost and preventing work precision from being lowered and life expectancy of a metal press working mold from being decreased and a method of producing such a power transmission belt are provided. The power transmission belt includes endless band-like rings, and a plurality of elements bonded into an annular shape by the endless band-like rings. Each of the elements has both side end surface portions pressed between pulleys in the belt width direction, a rocking edge portion serving as a fulcrum when rocked in the state that the elements are partly wound around the pulleys, and a concave-convex portion engageable in concave-convex engagement with the concave-convex portions of a pair of neighboring elements. Each of the elements is formed with a curved inclination surface between the rocking edge portion and the concave-convex portion to have an inclination angle reduced toward the concave-convex portion.
