It is provided that a biaxially stretched polyamide film that has excellent resistance to pinhole formation due to bending, has excellent resistance to pinhole formation due to repeated contact, has excellent piercing resistance, and further can suppress generation of foreign matter during film formation. A biaxially stretched polyimide film comprising a functional layer (layer B) laminated on at least one surface of a base layer (layer A), wherein the base layer (layer A) contains at least (a) 70 to 99% by mass of a polyamide 6 resin, and (b) 1 to 20% by mass of an aliphatic or aromatic-aliphatic polyester resin, and the functional layer (layer B) contains at least 70% by mass or more of a polyamide 6 resin.

Biaxially stretched polyamide film

The objective of the present invention is to provide a biaxially stretched polyamide film that is excellent in an impact resistance, a folding pinhole resistance and a friction pinhole resistance and that is produced from a raw material derived from a biomass. The present invention relates to a biaxially stretched polyamide film, comprising 99 to 70 mass % of a Polyamide 6 resin and 1 to 30 mass % of a polyamide resin, wherein at least a part of a raw material of the polyamide resin is derived from a biomass, and the biaxially stretched polyamide film meets the following (a) and (b): (a) the number of Gelbo pinhole defect is 10 or less after the biaxially stretched polyamide film is twisted and bent 1000 times at 1° C. using a Gelbo flex tester, (b) a distance leading to a pinhole formation by a friction resistance pinhole test is 2900 cm or more.

Biaxially stretched polyamide film and laminate film

To provide a gas barrier biaxially oriented polyamide film and a polyamide film mill roll, even as a product that is close to an end of a mill roll, having favorable mechanical characteristics, thermal characteristics, and few S-shape curling due to moisture absorption after being made into a bag. A biaxially oriented polyamide film having at least one layer formed of a polyamide resin containing not lower than 60% by mass of poly(m-xylylene adipamide), wherein a molecular orientation angle of the film is not smaller than 20°, a strain at moisture absorption of the film is not higher than 1.3%, an impact strength of the film is not lower than 0.7 J/15 μm, and a heat shrinkage rate, after heating for ten minutes at 160° C., of the film is 0.6 to 3.0% in both an MD direction and a TD direction.

Biaxially oriented polyamide film and polyamide film mill roll

To provide a biaxially oriented polyamide film, even as a product that is close to an end of a mill roll, having favorable mechanical characteristics, thermal characteristics, and few S-shape curling due to moisture absorption after being made into a bag. A biaxially oriented polyamide film formed of a polyamide resin containing not lower than 60% by mass of polyamide 6, wherein a molecular orientation angle of the film is not smaller than 20°, a strain at moisture absorption of the film is not higher than 1.3%, an impact strength of the film is not lower than 0.8 J/15 μm, and a heat shrinkage rate, after heating for ten minutes at 160° C., of the film is 0.6 to 3.0% in both an MD direction and a TD direction.

The objective of the present invention is to provide a gas barrier polyamide film excellent in water resistance adhesiveness (water resistant laminate strength), impact resistance and pinhole resistance. The gas barrier polyamide film is characterized in comprising a stretched polyamide film, wherein the stretched polyamide film comprises A Layer: a base layer and B Layer: an easily adhesive layer on at least one surface of the A Layer, C Layer: an inorganic thin film layer is laminated on the surface of the B Layer in the stretched polyamide film, the A Layer comprises 65 mass % or more of Polyamide 6, the B Layer comprises 60 to 100 mass % of a Polyamide 6 copolymer and 0 to 40 mass % of Polyamide 6, and a ratio of a copolymer component in the Polyamide 6 copolymer is 3 to 35 mass %.

Gas barrier polyamide film

It is provided that the laminated stretched polyamide film having excellent water-resistant adhesiveness (water-resistant lamination strength), shock resistance, and pinhole resistance. A laminated stretched polyamide film that is a biaxially stretched polyamide film comprising three layers including layer B: an easily adhesive layer, layer A: a base layer, and layer C: a slippery layer in this order, wherein the layer A contains not lower than 65% by mass of polyamide 6, the layer B contains 0 to 40% by mass of polyamide 6 and 60 to 100% by mass of a polyamide 6 copolymer in which a ratio of a copolymerization component in the copolymer is 3 to 35% by mass, and the layer C contains not lower than 70% by mass of polyamide 6 and 0.05 to 1% by mass of fine particles having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 10 &#x3bc;m.

Laminated stretched polyamide film

A multilayered stretched polyamide film which is biaxially stretched, and comprises three layers composed of a polyamide resin composition and comprising layer B as an easily adhesive layer, layer A as a base layer, and layer C as an easily slippery layer in this order, wherein the film satisfies the following (1) to (4); (1) the layer A contains 50 to 90% by mass of polyamide 6 and 10 to 50% by mass of a polyamide 6 copolymer in which a ratio of a copolymerization component in the copolymer is 3 to 35% by mass; (2) the layer B contains 0 to 40% by mass of polyamide 6 and 60 to 100% by mass of the polyamide 6 copolymer in which a ratio of the copolymerization component in the copolymer is 3 to 35% by mass; (3) the layer C contains 70% by mass or more of polyamide 6 and 0.05 to 1% by mass of fine particles having an average diameter of 0.1 to 10 &#x3bc;m; (4) the film has tensile strength at break of 150 MPa or more both in MD direction and TD direction; and (5) the film has laminate strength of 3.3 N/15 mm or more.

Multilayered stretched polyamide film

To provide a laminated stretched polyamide film having excellent an excellent water-resistant adhesive property (water-resistant laminate strength), impact resistance, and pinhole resistance. A laminated stretched polyamide film in which an easily adhesive layer (layer B) is laminated on at least one surface of a base layer (layer A), wherein the layer A contains not less than 70% by mass of polyamide 6, and the layer B contains 0 to 40% by mass of polyamide 6 and 60 to 100% by mass of a polyamide 6 copolymer in which a ratio of a copolymerization component in the copolymer is 3 to 35% by mass.

The invention provides a heat-shrinkable polyester film with high mechanical strength in a width direction that is orthogonal to the main shrinking direction and high tensile rupture elongation in the film width direction after being subjected to an aging treatment in a high-temperature environment. The heat-shrinkable polyester film is made from a polyester resin containing ethylene terephthalate as the main component and a monomer component that can serve as an amorphous component in an amount of 0 mol % or more and less than 1 mol % relative to the total amount of polyester resin components.

The invention provides a stretched polyamide film with a main constituent that is nylon 6. At least one surface layer of the polyamide film satisfies conditions (1) and (2), and the stretched polyamide film satisfies condition (3), which pertain to an orientation factor, an intensity ratio of absorption, and a heat shrinkage rate, respectively, as defined herein.

Stretched polyamide film

A heat-shrinkable polyester film is provided which exhibits a high shrinkability in a high-temperature range with a main shrinking direction oriented in a longitudinal direction thereof, though not shrinking in the longitudinal direction in a low-temperature range, possesses an extremely high mechanical strength in a transverse direction orthogonal to the main shrinking direction, and, in particular, can be utilized suitably as a film for forming a jacket label of a battery or in similar applications.
