A first fluid handling device according to the present invention has: a first liquid introduction part; a first cleaning liquid introduction part; a first flow path through which a liquid introduced to the first liquid introduction part or to the first cleaning liquid introduction part flows; a second liquid introduction part; a second cleaning liquid introduction part; a second flow path through which a liquid introduced to the second liquid introduction part or to the second cleaning liquid introduction part flows; a third flow path which allows flowing therethrough of the liquid having flowed through the first flow path and the liquid having flowed through the second flow path; a first diaphragm valve that is disposed between the first and third flow paths; a second diaphragm valve that is disposed between the second and third flow paths; and a chamber that is connected to the third flow path.

A flow channel chip has: a common flow channel; introduction flow channels that are respectively connected to the common flow channel; introduction valves that are respectively disposed in the introduction flow channels; a cleaning liquid flow channel that is connected to the common flow channel; and a cleaning liquid valve that is disposed in the cleaning liquid flow channel. This fluid handling device has: a rotary member for controlling opening/closing of the introduction valves; and a cleaning liquid valve control unit for controlling opening/closing of the cleaning liquid valve. After the rotary member is rotated so as to open/close one of the introduction valves, the cleaning liquid valve control unit causes the cleaning liquid valve to open and causes the cleaning liquid to flow in the common flow channel before the rotary member is rotated so as to open/close another of the introduction valves.

Liquid handling device and liquid handling method

A fluid handling device includes a first channel, a second channel, and a valve disposed at a connection part between the first channel and the second channel. The valve include a partition wall disposed between the first channel and the second channel, and a diaphragm disposed so as to face the partition wall, a portion of the first channel, and a portion of the second channel. The diaphragm is configured in such a way that when no pressure is applied to the diaphragm, a gap, which serves as a third channel that allows the first channel and the second channel to communicate with each other, is formed between the diaphragm and the partition wall. In plan view, the length of the diaphragm in the extending direction of the third channel is longer than the length of the diaphragm in the direction orthogonal to the extending direction.

A fluid handling device includes: an introduction part configured to introduce liquid; an ejection part configured to eject liquid; a channel including one end connected to the introduction part and another end connected to the ejection part; and a valve disposed at the channel. An inner surface of the introduction part has water-repellency, and an inner surface of the ejection part and at least a part of an inner surface of the channel do not have water-repellency.

Fluid handling device and manufacturing method of fluid handling device

This fluid handling device has a rotary member that is rotatable around the central axis. In the rotary member, a first protruding part for pressing and closing a valve of a flow channel chip and a recessed part for opening the valve without pressing the valve are disposed on the circumference of a first circle around the central axis. The rotary member further has a second protruding part for, when the recessed part is located at the valve in a state where the rotary member is rotated, pressing the valve so as not to open the valve.

A fluid chip suitable for a fluid device is disclosed in which an upper surface of a flow passage has another member bonded thereto. The disclosed fluid chip, in which a flow passage is formed, comprises a base material having a top surface forming at least a portion of a bottom surface of a flow passage, and a bonding member which is formed from an elastomer resin and an upper end surface of which is provided in a position higher than the top surface of the base material. The base material has a support post portion which projects from the top surface and defines the height of a side surface of the flow passage, and the support post portion of the base material is embedded in the bonding member.
