A female belt-shaped base is attached to a bag body at a region from a female hook to a first end near an open end of the bag body and to a second end near a housing space. There is provided a zipper tape bonded to a bag body having a first surface and a second surface and including: a zipper tape body including a first base strip bonded to the first surface, a second base strip bonded to the first surface with a bonding portion, and engagement portions being mutually engageable and projecting from the first and second base strips, respectively; and a cutting strip provided in a region where the second base strip faces the first surface and does not face the first base strip. The zipper tape body is formed of a resin composition whose main component is a polyolefin resin. The cutting strip is formed of a resin composition whose main component is a polyolefin resin and includes a cutting strip body and a peelable layer layered on the cutting strip body and formed of a resin composition having peelability to a polyolefin resin.

According to an aspect of the invention, provided is a bag-shaped container including a tubular film and at least one pair of engagement portions. The tubular film has an inner surface and an outer surface, and is folded in a manner that the outer surface configures both an inner surface of a bag body and an outer surface of the bag body. The at least one pair of engagement portions projects from the inner surface of the bag body, and engages with each other.

A male belt-shaped base having a male member with a short width, and a separation strip are heat-sealed to a film. A female belt-shaped base having a female member with a long width is heat-sealed at a predetermined position so that the male portion and the female portion are at engageable positions. The film is layered and suitably sealed to form a zipper-tape bag. The film and the separation strip are cut to form a cut portion at a non-bonded region in which the film of the zipper-tape bag is not bonded, thereby forming an unsealing tab. The unsealing tab can be easily formed by simply cutting the film.

A bag includes: a bag body at least having a first surface and a second surface facing each other with a storing space formed between the first surface and the second surface; and a tape member provided between the first surface and the second surface and defining one side of the storing space. The tape member includes, in a cross section, a first portion formed of a first resin composition and a second portion formed of a second resin composition different from the first resin composition. The first portion is bonded to both the first surface and the second surface at a first section of a longitudinal direction of the tape member while bonded to only the second surface at a second section of the longitudinal direction, and the second portion is bonded to the first surface at the second section.

A zipper tape includes a pair of belt-shaped bases bondable to a film of a bag body, and mutually engageable engagement portion each integrally provided to corresponding one of the belt-shaped bases. One of the belt-shaped bases includes at least two portions having different bonding strengths to the film on a side opposite a side provided with the engagement portion and between an edge of the one of the belt-shaped bases in a width direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction to a point at which the engagement portions are provided. A bonding strength of a first portion of the at least two portions to the film may be larger than a bonding strength of a second portion to the film.

A bag body includes a bag main body and a zipper tape heat-sealed to an inner surface of the bag main body. The zipper tape comprises a pair of belt-shaped bases and two pairs of mating portions configured to be mated with each other. One of the belt-shaped bases is attached to the bag main body only at a widthwise side near an opening. First one of the mating portions includes a pair of hooks provided to each of the belt-shaped bases and respectively having nails at ends of the hooks that are configured to be meshed with each other. The second mating portion includes a concave female mating portion provided to the belt-shaped base and a male mating portion having the same shape as the hook and configured to disengageably mate with the female mating portion. The nail of the hook protrudes toward the opening.

Bag with zipper tape and manufacturing method therefor

A zipper-tape bag includes a bag body and tabs each provided to an outside of the bag body at a position closer to a housing space than a zipper tape. The bag body can be easily unsealed upon disengagement of a male portion and a female portion simply by pinching and pulling the tabs in mutually separating directions. The tabs are spaced away from an opening, which is formed after a top seal is cut off, in order that the content can be taken out or put in. The content can thus be put in and taken out without problems such as adhesion of the content to the hand and contamination of the content by touching the content by hand.
