A stator includes a wound member that includes a wound portion extending in a radial direction, and a pair of outer extension portions which extend in a circumferential direction from a radially outer end portion of the wound portion, and a coil wound on the wound portion. On an inner side in the radial direction of a base portion of the outer extension portions, a concave portion is recessed radially outward from the winding outermost diameter position. The first layer of the coil includes a first coil, a center of which is positioned radially inward from the winding outermost diameter position and in a range between 0.5 times a coil wire diameter and 1.5 times the coil wire diameter with respect to the winding outermost diameter position, and a second coil, a part of which is disposed in the concave portion on the radially outer side of the first coil.

Winding pattern and arrangement for a motor armature

A stator includes a plurality of core constituent members arranged side by side in a circumferential direction, each of which has a tooth extending in a radial direction and a pair of core outer extension portion extending in the both circumferential directions from a radial outer end portion of the tooth, and an insulator covering at least a part of the tooth, and a coil wound around the tooth via the insulator. The coil includes a terminal inner coil having a terminal line which is drawn from the radially inner side to the one axial side. The insulator covers the tooth that are circumferentially adjacent to the tooth around which the terminal inner coil is wound. The insulator has a restriction portion so as to restrict the movement of the terminal line of the terminal inner coil.

A motor device includes a motor body having a stator and a rotor, and an EDU for controlling the motor body. A hydro unit is disposed between the motor body and the EDU (Electric Driver Unit). In the motor body, a plurality of terminal lines for energizing the coil of the stator and the EDU is drawn around, and a rotation detection unit for detecting the rotation of the rotor is provided a space formed between the plurality of drawn terminal lines and the rotation shaft of the motor.

A stator includes a connecting insulator member having a guide portion that connects two insulators, and jumper wires that are guided by the guide portion and connect two coils. The connection insulator member includes a lower layer insulator member, an intermediate layer insulator member, and an upper layer insulator member. The guide portion of the lower layer insulator member has a lower layer arc connecting part, the guide portion of the intermediate layer insulator member has an intermediate layer arc connecting part, and the guide portion of the upper layer insulator member has an upper layer arc connecting part. The intermediate layer arc connecting part is arranged above in the axial direction with respect to the lower layer arc connecting part in the axial direction, and the upper layer arc connecting part is arranged outside in the radial direction with respect to the intermediate layer arc connecting part.

Armature

A stator includes a stator core, multiphase coils wound on the stator core, and a guide member. The multiphase coils include two or more terminal wires. The guide member is arranged on an end of the stator core located at one side in an axial direction to guide the terminal wires of the multiphase coils wound on the stator core. The guide member includes steps having a diameter that gradually decreases toward a side opposite to the stator core in the axial direction. Ones of the multiphase coils having the terminal wires that are drawn in a circumferential direction toward the same side are laid out on one of the steps.

Stator and method for manufacturing stator

A motor includes a rotation shaft, a stator, and a rotor. The stator includes an armature winding and a stator core including a main core portion with an axial stack of core sheets and a magnetic plate on an end thereof. Each core sheet includes a tooth formation portion around which the armature winding is wound. The magnetic plate includes a stacked portion and an axially extending portion. The stacked portion stacked on the axial end of the main core portion and includes an end located toward the rotor. The axially extending portion extends toward the outer side in the axial direction from the end of the stacked portion located toward the rotor and is opposed to the rotor in a radial direction of the motor. The axially extending portion is shaped to be magnetically skewed in a circumferential direction relative to the tooth formation portion and the stacked portion.

Motor, method for manufacturing magnetic plate, and method for manufacturing stator

A motor includes a stator having a stator core, a first frame and a second frame, which are arranged on two axial sides of the stator core, a coupling member, which couples the first and second frames at a radially outer side of the stator while applying a holding load to the first and second frames in the axial direction, and a rotor, which is arranged at a radially inner side of the stator. The stator core includes a held portion that projects toward a radially outer side from a main circumferential portion of the stator core. The first and second frames hold, in between, at least the held portion of the stator core in the axial direction.

Motor

A motor includes a motor case, and a rotor and a stator, which are disposed in the case. The case has a tubular portion, a front cover mounted to an axial end of the portion, and a rear cover mounted to the other axial end of the portion. The rotor has a rotary shaft and the stator includes a plurality of teeth, which extend toward a central axis of the shaft and are circumferentially disposed at equal intervals. Between each circumferentially adjacent pair of the teeth, a slot extending toward the axis is formed. In each slot, a U-shaped segment is inserted in parallel with the axis. The distal ends of the segments projecting out from the slots are electrically interconnected, thereby forming an SC coil including the segments disposed circumferentially. The SC coil includes a receiving terminal, and the terminal includes leads extending in parallel to the axis.
