An electrical junction box for vehicles that includes: a busbar one surface of which is placed into contact with a terminal exposed from a through-hole in a housing; and a cover that covers the terminal and the busbar from the other surface-side of the busbar, wherein the cover is rotatably provided on one wall of the housing, and the electrical junction box includes an open-state maintaining portion that maintains the cover in an open state.

Electrical junction box

A portion that covers a connection portion between a relay and a bus bar is prevented from coming off. An electrical connection box includes a relay, a bus bar connected to the relay, and a case including an attachment portion for the relay, and includes a cover covering a connection portion between the relay and the bus bar. The cover includes a wall portion and an engaging portion that is provided on a part of the wall portion and prevents the cover from coming off by engaging with a part of the attachment portion. The attachment portion includes a stopper portion that suppresses displacement of the part of the wall portion in a direction in which the engaging portion is disengaged.

Electrical connection box

A junction box includes a housing having a plurality of side wall portions, and a liquid detector including a first terminal portion and a second terminal portion. The junction box is disposed in a housing case housing a power storage module. The first terminal portion and the second terminal portion are directed toward a lower side of one of the side wall portions and drawn out from the inside of the housing to the outside of the housing.

This relay unit includes: a first bus bar; a relay electrically connected to the first bus bar; and an apparatus cover for covering the first bus bar and the relay. The apparatus cover includes: an upper member in a box shape having a covered upper end, the upper member having an opening formed in a lower end; and a lower member bonded to the upper member such that the opening of the upper member is covered with the lower member. The lower member is formed of a resin having heat conductivity that is higher than that of the upper member. The first bus bar is connected to the lower member via a first inner heat conductive sheet such that heat can be transferred to the lower member, said first inner heat conductive sheet being disposed between the first bus bar and the lower member.

Relay unit

Provided is an electronic module with which electrical connection with an electronic component attached to the electronic module can be stabilized. A vehicle electronic module including a casing that includes a ceiling plate to which an electronic components is to be attached and a bottom plate that is located opposite to the ceiling plate includes a bus bar configured to be electrically connected to a relay terminal of the electronic component inserted into the casing, and the bus bar is movable together with the electronic component in the opposing direction of the ceiling plate and the bottom plate.

Electronic module

An electrical junction box includes a container and a relay that is installed on an outer surface of the container. A busbar protrudes from the outer surface of the container and is connected to the relay. A support wall protrudes from the outer surface of the container, is provided opposite to the busbar, and supports the relay. The relay is interposed between the busbar and the support wall, and the busbar has a guide portion configured to guide insertion of the relay between the busbar and the support wall.

Provided is an electronic module that can be made more compact. A vehicle electronic module includes a casing that is to be fixed to an object, the casing including a first plate portion facing the object and a ceiling plate opposed to the first plate portion, wherein the electronic module includes: a connection portion that is provided on the ceiling plate, and to which an external connector is to be connected; and a fuse portion disposed overlapping the connection portion in an opposing direction of the first plate portion and the ceiling plate.

An electronic module is an electronic module for a vehicle, including a casing that has a through hole in communication with the inside and the outside of the casing and a bus bar includes a strip-shaped connection terminal to be fitted into a connector of a fuse, the connection terminal includes one end portion in its longitudinal direction exposed to the outside of the casing. The casing has a first flat surface in a peripheral edge portion of the insertion hole, on the inner side of the casing, the connection terminal includes an extension portion that is located on another end side in the longitudinal direction with respect to the one end portion and extends in a width direction of the connection terminal, and the extension portion has a second flat surface that comes into contact with the first flat surface from the inner side of the casing.

A novel wire harness connecting structure for a housed circuit assembly is provided. The connecting structure is able to electrically connect a wire harness and a circuit assembly housed in a housing to each other, using a small number of parts, with high space efficiency. The wire harness connecting structure for housed circuit assemblies is used to electrically connect wire harnesses to circuit assemblies housed in a housing, wherein through holes are provided in a wall of the housing, circuit assembly connectors that are provided in the circuit assemblies face the through holes, and harness end connectors that are provided at ends of the wire harnesses are configured to be inserted into the through holes of the housing and to be connected to the circuit assembly connectors of the circuit assemblies.

Wiring harness connecting structure for housed circuit assembly

A wire harness connecting structure for two circuit assemblies is provided. The structure allows a wire harness to be easily connected to two circuit assemblies with high space efficiency, and can reduce noise in the wire harness. A first connection terminal is provided in a first circuit assembly and a second connection terminal is provided in a second circuit assembly are located adjacent to each other. Two electrical wire-side connection terminals are respectively provided at an end of a first electrical wire and an end of a second electrical wire are housed and positioned in a shared connector housing, and thus a single harness end connector is formed. A wire harness is constituted by the first electrical wire and the second electrical wire. The electrical wire-side connection terminals of the wire harness are configured to be electrically connected to the first connection terminal and the second connection terminal.

Wire harness connecting structure for two circuit assemblies

To provide an electrical junction box having a new structure that includes a plurality of electrical component mounting sections that are open in an upper surface, such that (1) the structure is provided with a drainage groove for preventing accumulation of water without requiring any special space, and (2) the structure can eliminate a problem of heat generation from electrical components. An electrical junction box includes a first and second electrical component mounting section units. A plurality of electrical component mounting sections are arranged in straight lines to from the first and second units, respectively. The first and second electrical component mounting segment units are separated apart from each other by a given distance and are arranged in parallel with each other. A heat radiation drainage groove is provided between opposed portions of peripheral walls that constitute the adjacent first and second units. The heat radiation drainage groove is provided in at least one end with an end opening that extends to ends of the first and second units and is open in an outer peripheral surface.

To provide an electrical junction box having a new structure that can be securely attached to a hole and can be readily removed even if a large clearance is required between the electrical junction box and a peripheral edge section around the attachment hole. An elastic projecting piece is integrally provided on a main body of an electrical junction box. The elastic projecting piece protrudes from an outer surface of the main body. The elastic projecting piece is provided with an engagement projection and an attachment projection that protrude outward from the main body opposite from each other in an extending direction of the elastic projecting piece to constitute an engagement fixing section. Elastic deformation of the elastic projecting piece permits the main body to be fitted into the attachment hole. A second inner peripheral edge portion around the attachment hole is clamped between the engagement and attachment projections.
