The connector device includes a metal internal member, a metal light guide rod and metal fixing bases and, which are connected to the internal member, a resin sheathing member that accommodates the internal member and includes leading-out holes, which lead the light guide rod and the fixing base to the outside, and fluoro rubber O-rings, which are provided on the light guide rod and the fixing bases, the O-rings being respectively placed in gaps between the light guide rod and the fixing bases and the leading-out holes and sealing the inside of the sheathing member.

Endoscope connector device

A surgical system includes an overtube, a sheathing tube, a syringe, a tube, an inner needle, and a storage case that has individual storage parts for individually storing the overtube, the sheathing tube, the syringe, the tube, and the inner needle, respectively. The storage case fixes a first instrument, which is any one of the overtube, the sheathing tube, the syringe, the tube, or the inner needle, to the individual storage part corresponding to the first instrument by using at least one of second instruments which are other instruments stored in the individual storage parts.

Surgical system

A method of operating a surgical system including an endoscope, a treatment tool, an overtube, and a sheathing tube. The method includes the following steps: removing the treatment tool from the sheathing tube inserted into a body cavity through a body wall in a state where the sheathing tube is covering an outer circumference of the overtube into which an insertion part of the endoscope and an insertion part of the treatment tool are inserted, while keeping a state where the sheathing tube is covering the outer circumference of the overtube; removing the endoscope from the overtube while keeping a state where the sheathing tube is covering the outer circumference of the overtube; and removing the sheathing tube from the body wall while keeping a state where the sheathing tube is covering the outer circumference of the overtube.

Method of operating surgical system

An insertion part of an endoscope and an insertion part of a treatment tool, which are inserted in an outer tube, can be synchronously moved in the axial direction, and, even when the insertion part of the treatment tool is slightly moved in the axial direction, an excellent endoscopic image without shake is obtained. When a treatment tool of an endoscopic surgery device moves by a displacement amount over an allowance amount, an endoscope moves in interlock with the movement of the treatment tool. Moreover, the treatment toolmoves in the axial direction with the allowance amount t with respect to the endoscope. Therefore, when the treatment tool is moved by a displacement amount of allowance amount or less, the endoscope does not move. By providing such allowance amount, slight movement of the treatment tool is not transmitted to the endoscope.

Endoscopic surgery device

An endoscope system includes an imaging sensor that images a sutured portion, a display device, and a processor configured to generate an oxygen saturation image imaging an oxygen saturation of the sutured portion based on image information obtained by the imaging sensor, determine a fusion state of the sutured portion, and display the oxygen saturation image and a determination result obtained by determining the fusion state of the sutured portion.

Endoscope system

This endoscopic surgical device includes: an endoscope; a treatment tool; and a mantle tube. The inside of the mantle tube is partitioned by a partition wall member provided with an endoscope guide groove and a treatment-tool guide groove, to form an endoscope insertion passage and a treatment-tool insertion passage. An endoscope fixation tool and a treatment-tool fixation tool are respectively disposed inside the endoscope guide groove and the treatment-tool guide groove. The endoscope fixation tool advances and retracts in conjunction with the endoscope insertion part inserted through the endoscope insertion passage. The treatment-tool fixation tool moves in conjunction with the treatment-tool insertion part inserted through the treatment-tool insertion passage. When a coupling ring externally fitted to the partition wall member interlocks the endoscope fixation tool with the treatment-tool fixation tool, the endoscope insertion part also moves in conjunction with the advancement and retraction of the treatment-tool insertion part.

Endoscopic surgical device and overtube

An object of the present invention is to provide an endoscopic surgery device and an outer tube, capable of easily obtaining an image desired by an operator to facilitate treatment as well as of performing minimally invasive surgery. In the endoscopic surgery device and the outer tube, an endoscope and a treatment tool are inserted into a body cavity through an outer tube. The outer tube is provided with a built-in slider. The slider is provided so as to be axially movable in the outer tube body. The endoscope and the treatment tool, inserted into the outer tube, are held by the slider. Moving the treatment tool allows endoscope to be moved in conjunction with the movement of the treatment tool.

Endoscopic surgery device and outer tube

Provided are a surgery system that can ensure insulation between an endoscope and a treatment tool. The endoscope has an insertion part that is insertable into an overtube and has a distal end, a proximal end, and a longitudinal axis, and is locked to the movable body by an endoscope holding part. The endoscope has a first insertion part that is provided on a distal end side of the insertion part, a second insertion part that is provided on a proximal end side of the first insertion part and has an external diameter larger than that of the first insertion part, and a held part that is provided from a distal end of the second insertion part toward a proximal end side thereof, is held by the endoscope holding part, and has at least a surface formed of an insulating member having an insulation property.

A tissue sampling device includes a flexible sheath; a needle tubewhich is inserted into the sheathso as to advance and retreat and with which biological tissue is punctured; and an operating unit which is provided on a proximal side of the sheathand is used for operating the advancing and retreating of the needle tube. This needle tubehas a distal portion provided with a slitextending toward the proximal side from a distal opening, and when the distal portion is in a state of protruding from a distal end of the sheath, at least a part of the distal portion is positioned further on the radially outside than the inner surface of the sheath when viewed from an axial direction of the needle tube

Tissue sampling device

A surgery system includes an overtube that has a distal end, a proximal end, and a longitudinal axis and holds a treatment tool and an endoscope so as to be movable forward and backward in a direction of the longitudinal axis. The overtube has an endoscope holding part that has an endoscope holding surface for holding the endoscope and allowing circumferential rotation of the endoscope about a central axis of the endoscope, and a treatment tool holding part that has a treatment tool holding surface for holding the treatment tool. The surgery system further includes an endoscope that is inserted into the overtube and has a held surface held by the endoscope holding surface. The endoscope has an orientation maintaining part that maintains the circumferential orientation of the endoscope even in a case where the overtube rotates around the longitudinal axis.

Surgery system

Provided is an endoscopic surgical device and an overtube with which a surgeon can easily obtain a desired image and operability is high. The overtube includes a slider within an overtube body, which guides an endoscope and a treatment tool into a body cavity. An endoscope-coupled part and a treatment tool-coupled part are provided inside the slider, and the slider has a dead zone where the forward and backward movement of either the endoscope or the treatment tool does not interlock with the movement of the other and a sensing zone where the forward and backward movement of either the endoscope or the treatment tool interlocks with the movement of the other. F1&#x3e;F2 is satisfied when a fixing force for fixing the endoscope-coupled part to the endoscope tool is defined as F1 and a fixing force for fixing the treatment tool-coupled part to the treatment tool is defined as F2.

Provided are a surgical apparatus for an endoscope and an exterior tube that can supply a pneumoperitoneum gas into a body cavity without causing degradation of operability. An exterior tube is sheathed to an outer tube insertion part of an outer tube that is inserted into a body cavity through a body wall and guides an endoscope and a treatment tool into the body cavity, and an outer peripheral surface of the exterior tube is provided with a locking part that restricts the forward and backward movement of the exterior tube with respect to the body wall and the rotation of the exterior tube around an axis. A gap between an inner peripheral surface of the exterior tube and an outer peripheral surface of the outer tube insertion part is used as an air supply passage for supplying the pneumoperitoneum gas within the body cavity.

Surgical apparatus for endoscope and exterior tube

A tissue sampling device including a flexible sheath, a cannula inserted into the sheath so as to be movable back and forth and punctured into body tissue, and an operation unit provided on a proximal end side of the sheath to move the cannula back and forth, wherein the cannula has a distal end part including a slit extending from a distal end opening toward a proximal end side.

An overtube, which is punctured into a body wall and guides an endoscope and a treatment tool into a body cavity, includes an interlocking member that interlocks the forward and backward movements of the endoscope and the treatment tool with each other. The interlocking member is constituted of a first sleeve coupled to the endoscope, a second sleeve coupled to the treatment tool, and a coupling member having an elastic body, which couples the first sleeve and the second sleeve together. Accordingly, in a case where the stretching of the coupling member is small, the endoscope interlocks with the forward and backward movement of the treatment tool at a slow response, and in a case where the stretching of the coupling member is large, the endoscope interlock with the forward and backward movement of a treatment tool at a quick response.
