A MEMS microphone includes a diaphragm having conductivity, first and second variable capacitors respectively including first and second fixed electrodes, a first voltage output section that outputs a first voltage changed according to a change in a capacitance of the first variable capacitor, and a second voltage output section that outputs a second voltage changed according to a change in a capacitance of the second variable capacitor. The first and second fixed electrodes face the diaphragm. The capacitances of the first and second variable capacitors are changed in accordance with a vibration of the diaphragm. A first bias voltage is applied to the first fixed electrode. A reference voltage is applied to the second fixed electrode. A second bias voltage is applied to the diaphragm. A difference between the second bias voltage and the reference voltage is half of a difference between the first bias voltage and the reference voltage.

MEMS microphone

A pneumatic tool includes a drive mechanism configured to be driven by compressed air supplied from an air intake; an air chamber configured to store the compressed air supplied; and a pressure adjusting mechanism configured to adjust the pressure of the compressed air in the air chamber. The pressure adjusting mechanism includes a valve body configured to open and close a flow path that communicates the air intake and the air chamber with each other; an elastic body configured to exert an urging force to the valve body to open the flow path; and a pressure receiving member configured to receive air pressure in the air chamber and exert an urging force in a direction of closing the flow path to the elastic body. The elastic body is arranged at a position closer to the air intake than the valve body.

Pneumatic tool

A pneumatic tool includes an air chamber; and a pressure adjusting mechanism which adjusts a pressure of a compressed air in the air chamber. The pressure adjusting mechanism includes a valve body which opens and closes a flow path that communicates the air intake and the air chamber; an elastic body which exerts an urging force to the valve body; a support part which supports an end of the elastic body; a pressure receiving member which receives air pressure in the air chamber and presses the elastic body in a direction of closing the flow path; and a load reducing mechanism capable of switching the urging force of the elastic body acting on the valve body between a normal state and a load reduction state in which the urging force smaller than the normal state is exerted.

Pressure regulator and pneumatic tool

A hot-press device includes: a heating furnace; a pair of punches which includes an upper punch and a lower punch provided in the heating furnace and vertically facing each other; a lower press ram which is connected to a lower surface of the lower punch; an upper press ram which is connected to an upper surface of the upper punch; and a pressing device which is connected to any one or both of the lower press ram and the upper press ram and presses the punch so that the pair of punches are close to each other, in which the lower press ram and/or the upper press ram includes a plurality of individual press rams which are disposed at intervals, each individual press ram having one end coupled to the pair of punches.

The multi-chamber heat treatment device includes intermediate conveyors connected together, each treatment conveyor of the intermediate conveyors is attached with a treater that applies predetermined heat treatment to a treatment object and conveys the treatment object to the treater, and each treater is either one of a main treater that applies main treatment to the treatment object, a preheater that applies preheating treatment to the treatment object before the main treatment, and a cooler that applies cooling treatment to the treatment object after the main treatment.

Multi-chamber heat treatment device

A display tilting apparatus includes a moving bracket that supports a display, a ratchet mechanism that controls pivoting of the moving bracket to a first direction, an anti-tilting mechanism that inhibits pivoting of the moving bracket to a second direction that is opposite of the first direction, and a fixed bracket that is pivotably connected to the moving bracket via a pivot axis. The anti-tilting mechanism includes a first anti-tilting member, and a second anti-tilting member that is mounted on the fixed bracket. The first anti-tilting member and the second anti-tilting member are mounted so as to make a physical contact to each other.

Display tilting apparatus

A POS terminal according to the present invention includes an LCD screen that displays information and tilts freely to a desirable position, a printer that prints the information on a paper, a paper discharge outlet from which the paper is discharged, and a controller that controls the POS terminal. The paper discharge outlet is provided in the main body at a position that is below the LCD screen.
