A solid coating film () is formed on a surface of a screw member () of a temperature sensor (), serving as an internal combustion engine attachment component, by use of a lubricating coating composition containing, as solid ingredients for forming the coating film (), an organosilicon polymer having a polycarbosilane skeleton cross-linked by a metallic element, and a solid lubricant composed of at least one member selected from among molybdenum disulfide, boron nitride, graphite, and mica, and an organic solvent serving as the solvent for the solid ingredients. By virtue of the coating film (), high seizure resistance can be attained.

A temperature sensor () is configured such that a ring pressure section () is fixed to a ring seat face () by screwing a fixing member () into a screw attachment member () in a state in which the ring pressure section () is seated on the ring seat face (), and pressing a front-end facing surface () of the fixing member () against a rear-end facing surface () of the ring pressure section (). Temperature sensor attachment member treated with dry film lubricant

There is provided a knocking sensor that has good insulation characteristics even at an operating temperature of 150&#xb0; C. or more and is excellent in the accuracy of knocking detection.
