A stand support structure of a saddle riding vehicle has a main frame, a pivot block configured to swingably support a rear wheel-supporting swing arm, and a stand-supporting bracket. The pivot block has a first plate and a second plate attached to the main frame. The first plate and the second plate are coupled to each other. The first plate has a protrusion protruding outward farther than an extension end of the second plate. The saddle type vehicle includes a head pipe, a main frame extending obliquely downwardly from the head pipe, and a seat frame for supporting a seat. The main frame has a third extension inclined so as to be positioned on the inner side in a widthwise direction toward the rear of the vehicle. The seat frame is connected at a front end portion thereof to the third extension. A saddle type vehicle wherein the supporting rigidity of a rear fender frame is enhanced while securing a degree of freedom of a shape of a vehicle body frame main body. A shock absorber bracket wherein an upper end portion of a rear shock absorber for supporting a rear wheel thereon is coupled and attached to a vehicle body frame main body. A rear fender frame includes a plurality of supported portions in a front region thereof. At least part of the plurality of supported portions is co-fastened to the shock absorber bracket together with the upper end portion of the rear shock absorber, and the remaining supported portions are fixed to the vehicle body frame main body.

A reservoir tank mounting section includes a reservoir tank configured to store a hydraulic fluid of a brake apparatus, and an auxiliary machine case. The auxiliary machine case has a tank supporting section configured to hold the reservoir tank. The tank supporting section is constituted by a recessed section in which an outer surface of the auxiliary machine case is recessed inward. The tank supporting section is formed substantially along an outer surface shape of the reservoir tank and has an outer surface covering wall configured to cover an outer surface of the reservoir tank.

In a fuel cap provided with a breather mechanism, a cap openably and closably covers a fuel filler of a fuel tank. The cap includes a breather passage for communication between the inside and the outside of the fuel tank. The breather passage is provided with a breather valve mechanism and a resonator chamber as a silencing mechanism. The breather mechanism is a valve having a spring capable of retaining a pressure within the fuel tank up to a predetermined pressure.

A saddle-ride type vehicle that does not require dismounting of a handhold regardless of the presence or absence of a carrier member. A stay member includes an outer portion situated beyond a seat in the outward direction of the vehicle body. A recess dented upwardly is formed in an underside of the outer portion. Because the recess is formed in the underside of the outer portion, a pillion passenger can grasp the recess after a carrier member has been dismounted from the stay member. In short, the recess serves as a handhold. The stay member remains attached to a seat rail either when the carrier member is mounted or dismounted. This eliminates the need to detach the handhold regardless of the presence or absence of the carrier member.

Saddle-ride type vehicle

An evaporated fuel treatment device is provided to treat evaporated fuel by using a fuel supply cap with a small size while the flowout of fuel can also be suitably prevented. The evaporated fuel treatment device includes a positive pressure adjusting valve which opens when an inner pressure of a fuel tank becomes a predetermined pressure or more, and a spherical rollover valve which closes the positive pressure adjusting valve when the fuel tank is inclined at an angle equal to or larger than a predetermined angle. The positive pressure adjusting valve and the spherical rollover valve are mounted on one cylindrical portion formed on a fuel supply cap.

Evaporated fuel treatment device for vehicle

An intake structure for a saddle type vehicle for effectively lower the temperature of suction air includes an intake system disposed behind an engine supported on a vehicle body frame and a vehicle body cover for covering at least a side of the intake system. An inlet that is open to a side of a vehicle body on the inner side of the vehicle body cover is provided in the intake system. Further, a negative pressure formation section is provided at a position of the vehicle body cover at a substantially equal height to that of the inlet and on the rear side of the vehicle. The negative pressure formation section is configured from a depressed portion at which a vehicle body cover surface is depressed to the inner side of the vehicle body and an opening positioned in the depressed portion.

A servo motor is positioned in a place except the downside of a seat to inhibit the length and the curvature of a cable in servo motor layout structure of a saddle-ride type vehicle provided with the servo motor for driving an exhaust valve. A swing arm a front end of which is swingably supported by at least either a body frame or an engine and a rear end of which journals a rear wheel is provided and an exhaust valve and a servo motor are arranged on the downside of the swing arm in a side view.
