A purifier is provided that is capable of uniformly sucking powder in a width direction of the sieve layers even when the purifier is configured to be provided with an air distribution chamber formed as being tapered upward and to have a horizontal cyclone provided above the air distribution chamber. The air distribution chamber is configured of paired inclined surfaces formed as being tapered upward, has a suction passage formed as a horizontal cyclone placed above the air distribution chamber. Also, a plurality of barrier walls are provided in the air distribution chamber in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of sieve layers, the air distribution chamber is sectioned by the barrier walls into a plurality of chambers, and rectifying plates are further provided to the air distribution chamber at a narrow position between the paired inclined surfaces to prevent non-uniformity of suction of powder on the sieve layers.

A snowmobile has a frame construction that defines a recess above a drive unit. The recess is formed by a horizontal member and a pair of vertical members. A portion of the exhaust system extends within the recess at a location above the drive unit. An exhaust system cooling passage is provided to reduce temperature rise of the exhaust system.

Snowmobile exhaust system

A steering ski for a snowmobile is disclosed. The steering ski comprises a ski body and a wear bar connected to a ski bracket. The ski bracket is used to attach the ski to the balance of the snowmobile. The ski body also receives a reinforcing member that reinforces a portion of the ski body which is curved upwardly. Reinforcing ribs travel along the length of the ski body on an upper portion of the ski body. The sole of the ski body or lower surface includes a keel that expand in width from a forward-most portion and then decreases in width rearward of a juncture between a snow contacting portion of the ski body and the upwardly-extending portion of the ski body. A wear bar is positioned along the keel and depends below a lowermost portion of the keel rearward of the widest portion of the keel. The wear bar extends into the ski body through a forward aperture and a rearward aperture. The rearward aperture is sized and configured to allow ice chips to be passed through the ski body and slung upward to cool various components of the snowmobile.

The present invention provides a method of processing signals of encoders and an apparatus employing the same by each of which increase and decrease of a counter value can be made to match an angle of a rotational angle of two-phase incremental encoders all the time. The apparatus includes: first and second change point detecting units for detecting the changes of output signals of Ach and Bch, respectively, which are outputted from incremental type encoders; first and second storage units for storing therein, at a time point when the change of one of the output values is detected by the first and second change point detecting units, the other output value; a past value storing unit for storing therein the value which is stored in at least one storage unit of the values which are stored last time in the first and second storage units; a logical judgement unit for determining the up/down direction of a counter on the basis of the values stored in the first and second storage units and in the past value storing unit; and a logical judgement unit for sending a clock.
