In a seat-rotating device that enables a seat to be rotated on a base member, a rattle-suppressing member operating in association with a lock member, which switches between the locked state in which rotation of an annular rotating member supporting a seat frame is prevented and release of the locked state, is in close contact with both a support member and the annular rotating member when the lock member is at the locked position, and a gap is created between the support member and the annular rotating member when the lock member attains the lock release position. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the seat from rattling when it is in a stationary state and to facilitate rotation by releasing the rattle-preventing state when the seat is rotating.

Seat-rotating device

A rotating device for a vehicle interior item is provided with latching means that is provided on a side of a base member having a rotation support part, and engagement means that is provided on a side of a rotating member supporting a vehicle interior item and being rotatably supported by the rotation support part, and can be switched between a state in which the engagement means engages with the latching means so as to suppress detachment of the rotating member from the base member and a state in which the engagement with the latching means is released when the rotating member attains the rotatable state, wherein the latching means and the engagement means are disposed further outside than the rotating member in plan view at least when the rotating member is in the non-rotating state. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress an increase in the height while suppressing detachment when the vehicle interior item is not rotating.

Rotating device for vehicle interior item, and rotating device for vehicle seat

A seatback of a seat includes a seatback frame, a pad placed on a front side of the seatback frame, and a skin member covering a front part of the pad and extending to a rear side of the seatback frame. An inner support member is attached to the rear side of the seatback frame. A back board is attached to a rear side of the inner support member and configured to hold an edge portion of the skin member against at least an upper part of the inner support member.

An automotive folding seat device includes a seat support platform that is mounted on a floor, a cushion storage mechanism that is capable of moving a seat cushion from an in-use position to a storage position, a reclining mechanism that is capable of selectively holding a seat back at a raised position and a dropped-down position, and a coupling mechanism that provides a link between the reclining mechanism and the cushion storage mechanism, wherein the floor has formed thereon an elevated surface and a low surface, which is lower than the elevated surface, the seat support platform is mounted on the elevated surface, and the cushion storage mechanism is arranged so as to be capable of moving the seat cushion from the in-use position, which is higher than the elevated surface, to the storage position, which is close to the low surface.

Automotive folding seat device

A seat device for a vehicle includes a seat back, an auxiliary member supported on the seat back and can pivot between a storage position at which the auxiliary member is housed in a housing recess part and a projecting position at which the auxiliary member projects forward of the seat back, and an inner board that closes a rear opening face of the housing recess part, a board support member having a retaining groove into which a lower end part of the inner board is fitted from above, wherein a latching projection and a latching groove are formed respectively on one and the other of opposing faces of the retaining groove and the lower end part of the inner board fitted thereinto, the latching projection and the latching groove being engaged with each other for suppressing upward movement of the inner board.

Seat device for vehicle

It is to suppress the deformation of a tubular support. A headrest support structure includes: a stay extending downward from a headrest; a bracket provided to a backrest so as to be formed in a tubular shape, and extending vertically; a tubular portion having an insertion hole in which the stay is inserted, the tubular portion being fitted into the bracket, and extending vertically; a first projection portion projecting from an outer peripheral surface of an upper part of the tubular portion, and facing to an inner surface of the bracket; a second projection portion projecting from the outer peripheral surface of a middle part in an up-and-down direction of the tubular portion, and facing to the inner surface of the bracket; a third projection portion projecting from the outer peripheral surface of a lower part of the tubular portion, and facing to the inner surface of the bracket; a first connection portion located between the first projection portion and the second projection portion; and a second connection portion located between the second projection portion and the third projection portion.

A side portion ( ) of the lower frame member has a main connection portion ( ) and a sub-connection portion ( ), both of which are fixed to the side frame member ( ). The sub-connection portion ( ) is inclined toward a front upper side so that the sub-connection portion and the zigzag spring are at least partly overlapped with each other in a front-and-back direction.
