A magnet manufacturing device includes a heater, a nozzle, a magnetic field application magnet and a stage. The heater heats a mixture of magnetic particles and a resin material. The nozzle has an internal flow passage that conducts the mixture while the resin material is molten. The nozzle has a discharge port which discharges the mixture and thereby forms each of a plurality of filaments. The magnetic field application magnet applies a magnetic field to the internal flow passage. The stage has a stage surface on which the plurality of filaments are placed. The discharge port is relatively movable with respect to the stage surface such that the plurality of filaments are stacked to form an arbitrary shape.

Magnet manufacturing device

A method of manufacturing a stator coil for an electric rotating machine includes the steps of: (1) forming substantially planar electric wires each of which includes in-slot portions to be received in slots of a stator core and turn portions to be located outside the slots to connect adjacent pairs of the in-slot portions; (2) rolling each of the planar electric wires through plastic deformation into a spiral or circular-arc shape; and (3) assembling the rolled electric wires together to form the stator coil. Further, in the rolling step, each of the planar electric wires is rolled by deforming each of the turn portions of the electric wire while restricting movement of at least one of the in-slot portions of the electric wire which is located closer to a rolling start end of the electric wire than the turn portion is.

Method and apparatus for manufacturing stator coil for electric rotating machine

An output-side swing arm is adapted to be swung about a swing axis thereof when the output-side swing arm is urged by a corresponding part of an input-side swing arm, which is driven by a force transmitted from an input shaft. An adjusting mechanism adjusts an amount of swing of the output-side swing arm by changing a location of a point of action of the input-side swing arm relative to the output-side swing arm in a radial direction of the swing axis of the input-side swing arm.

The method of manufacturing a coil assembly for a stator formed with slots includes a coil wire combination forming step of forming a band-like coil wire combination by overlapping a plurality of coil wires while forming them with in-slot portions to be accommodated in the slots and turn portions each connecting each adjacent two of the in-slot portions, and a shaping step of shaping the band-like coil wire combination into a cylindrical shape by helically winding the band-like coil wire combination. The coil wire combination forming step is carried out by performing an interlaced part forming step of forming an interlaced part by overlapping the coil wires with each adjacent two of the coil wires intersecting with each other and a non-interlace part forming step of forming an interlaced part by overlapping the coil wires with each adjacent two of the coil wires not intersecting with each other.

Method of forming coil assembly for stator

An image display system has an operating device, a specifying device and an image display device. If the operating device receives a single operation from an exterior (i.e., from user), the operating device outputs first and second signals based on the single operation. The specifying device specifies a viewpoint and a sight line direction to look down a picture based on the first and second signals outputted by the operating device. The image display device displays an image of the picture in such a manner that the picture is looked down from the viewpoint in the sight line direction specified by the specifying device. As a result, the operation for adjusting the viewpoint and the sight line direction is facilitated.
