Provided is a configuration capable of supplying compressed air to a pneumatic apparatus while supplying electric power to an electric vehicle. A connector is connected to a vehicle provided with an air suspension device to which compressed air is supplied, and supplies electric power supplied from an electric power supply unit to the vehicle. The connector includes a charging connection portion that supplies electric power to the vehicle, and an air supply connection portion that supplies compressed air to the air suspension device.

Connector and power supply device

A suspension device includes a leaf spring and a buffer. The leaf spring applies an elastic force for relatively moving an unsprung member in a predetermined direction with respect to a body (sprung member) of a vehicle. The buffer includes a first expansion/contraction member, a second expansion/contraction member, an intermediate member, and a damping passage. The first and second expansion/contraction members form first and second gas chambers filled with gas therein and are expandable and contractible. An upper end and a lower end of the first and second expansion/contraction members are connected to the body. The intermediate member couples the first and second expansion/contraction members and is connected to the leaf spring. The damping passage allows the first and second gas chambers to communicate with each other, and applies resistance to flow of flowing gas. When one of the first and second expansion/contraction members expands, the other contracts.

Suspension device

A vehicle height adjustment device of the present invention includes a motion conversion unit that includes a rotating member and a linear motion member, and that converts a rotational motion of the rotating member into a linear motion of the linear motion member, a plurality of motors, a driven gear coupled to the rotating member, a plurality of drive gears that meshes with the driven gear, and a spring seat that is coupled to the linear motion member, and that supports one end of a suspension spring interposed between a vehicle body and an axle of a vehicle, wherein after driving the spring seat and then stopping the spring seat, some drive gears of the drive gears are driven in a direction opposite a drive direction of the spring seat.

Vehicle height adjustment device

A suspension device (S) comprises: an actuator (A) including a motion conversion mechanism (T) for converting rotational motion of a screw nut () to linear motion of a threaded shaft (), and a motor (M) connected to the screw nut (); and a fluid pressure damper (D) connected to the threaded shaft (), wherein the threaded shaft () is formed in a cylindrical shape, a connecting shaft () for connecting a rod () or a cylinder () of the fluid pressure damper (D) to the threaded shaft () is inserted into the threaded shaft (), and the connecting shaft () is connected to an end, opposite to the fluid pressure damper, of the threaded shaft (). Accordingly, the connection between the actuator and the hydraulic damper is facilitated.

An electromagnetic absorber () for a vehicle including (a) a threaded rod () which is disposed on one of a sprung portion and an unsprung portion and which has a threaded groove () formed in its outer circumferential portion and an axial groove () extending in its axis direction (b) a nut () which is rotatably disposed on the other of the sprung portion and the unsprung portion and which is screwed with the threaded rod and (c) a rod-rotation inhibiting member () which includes a fitting portion configured to be fitted in the axial groove and which is disposed on the other of the sprung portion and the unsprung portion, the rod-rotation inhibiting member being configured to inhibit the threaded rod from rotating while permitting the threaded rod to move in the axis direction. In the electromagnetic absorber, the threaded groove is not formed at a section of a fitting range at which the fitting portion is fitted in the axial groove when the fitting portion is located at an end of the fitting range that extends in the axis direction on the outer circumferential portion of the threaded rod.

Electromagnetic shock absorber for vehicle

A suspension device (S) as a solution for the problem of the present invention includes: an active suspension unit (U) equipped with a linear actuator (A) and a first fluid pressure damper (D) connected to the actuator (A) to extend and retract in the same direction; and a second fluid pressure damper (D) arranged in parallel with the active suspension unit (U).

It is an object of the invention to improve utility in a suspension apparatus for a vehicle having an electromagnetic actuator and a hydraulic damper. In the suspension apparatus, a hydraulic damper is disposed between an electromagnetic actuator and a wheel-holding portion, and a cover tube is provided for accommodating a seal provided between a piston rod and a housing of the hydraulic damper. In the suspension apparatus according to the present invention wherein the hydraulic damper is disposed between the wheel-holding portion and the electromagnetic actuator, it is possible to effectively mitigate not only transmission of vibrations to the vehicle body from the wheel via the electromagnetic actuator but also transmission of vibrations to the electromagnetic actuator. Further, owing to the presence of the cover tube, entry of dust and the like into the hydraulic damper through the seal can be effectively prevented.

Suspension apparatus for vehicle

In a suspension device (S) comprising a motion transforming mechanism (T) for transforming a linear motion of a linear motion member () into a rotational motion of a rotating member () and a motor (M) connected to the rotating member () in the motion transforming mechanism (T), an air spring (AS) is provided, the air spring (AS) including a tubular air chamber () connected to the motor (M), an air piston () connected to the linear motion member () and being tubular and smaller in diameter than the air chamber (), and a diaphragm () interposed between the air chamber () and the air piston (), a stopper () is provided on an outer periphery of the air piston (), and a stopper seat () is provided on an inner periphery of the air chamber () so as to be put in abutment against the stopper () upon maximum extension of the suspension device involving relative separation of the air chamber () and the air piston () with respect to each other.

A suspension device (S) comprises: an actuator (A) including a motion conversion mechanism (T) for converting a linear motion to a rotational motion and a motor (M) connected to a rotary member () which performs the rotational motion in the motion conversion mechanism (T); a fluid pressure damper (D) connected to a linear motion member () which performs the linear motion in the motion conversion mechanism (T); an outer cylinder () connected to the actuator (A); and a bearing () attached to a rod () or a cylinder () connected to the linear motion member () of the fluid pressure damper (D) and slidably contacting with the inner circumference of the outer cylinder (). This suspension device can improve reliability and vehicle ride quality.

A damper (D) comprising an actuator A connected to a sprung member (B) side of a vehicle, the actuator having a motion converting mechanism (T) for converting a linear motion into a rotational motion and a motor (M) to which the rotational motion resulting from the conversion by the motion converting mechanism (T) is transmitted; a hydraulic damper (E), the hydraulic damper (E) having a cylinder (C), a piston (P) inserted slidably into the cylinder (C) and defining two pressure chambers within the cylinder (C), and a rod (R) connected at one end thereof to the piston (P), the linear motion of the actuator (A) being transmitted to one of the rod (R) and the cylinder (C), the other of the rod (R) and the cylinder (C) being connected to an unsprung member (W) side of the vehicle; a spring () accommodated within one of the two pressure chambers and biasing the hydraulic damper (E) in a damper compressing direction; and a spring () accommodated within the other pressure chamber and biasing the hydraulic damper (E) in a damper extending direction.

Damper

A suspension device (S) of the present invention includes: a member () coupled to one of a vehicle body and a vehicle axle; an outer cylinder () coupled to the other one of the vehicle body and the vehicle axle and disposed at the outer circumference of the member (); and a bearing () that is interposed between the member () and the outer cylinder (), the bearing () having balls () that rollably contact at least one of the member () and the outer cylinder (), and a ball case () that retains the balls () rollably.

A suspension system for a vehicle, including: an electromagnetic actuator configured to generate an actuator force and including a sprung-side unit supported by a sprung portion, an unsprung-side unit supported by an unsprung portion, a screw mechanism, and an electromagnetic motor; a connecting mechanism including a support spring for permitting one of the sprung-side and unsprung-side units to be floatingly supported as a floating unit by a unit-floatingly support portion that is one of the sprung and unsprung portions by which the floating unit is supported; and a controller including a sprung-vibration-damping control portion and a relative-vibration-damping control portion that is configured to execute a relative-vibration damping control for damping a vibration of the floating unit caused by the structure in which the floating unit is floatingly supported by the support spring.

Suspension system for vehicle

A suspension device (S) of the present invention comprises: an actuator (A) including a motion conversion mechanism (T) for converting a linear motion to a rotational motion, and a motor (M) connected to a rotational member () which performs the rotational motion in the motion conversion mechanism (T); a fluid pressure damper (D) connected to a linear motion member () which performs the linear motion in the motion conversion mechanism (T); a mount () connected to a sprung member of a vehicle; and suspension springs () and () interposed between the mount () and an unsprung member, the actuator (A) being elastically supported by the mount () through a rubber vibration isolator ().

The present invention provides a motor (M) including a case () storing an armature () having a winding wire () wound thereon on the inner circumferential side, in which the case () includes an opening part () for inserting a terminal () for connecting the winding wire () to an external power source, and the terminal () is integrated into a resin for forming a cap () for air-tightly closing the opening part () by insert molding, with one end () of the terminal () being protruded into the case () and the other end () of the terminal () being protruded out of the case ().

Motor

The present invention provides a motor (M) including a rotor (), a stator (S) having a winding wire () wound thereon, and an outer cylinder () for holding the stator (S) fitted into the inner circumference thereof. The stator (S), the outer cylinder (), and a terminal () having one end () connected to the winding wire () are integrated together by a mold resin () by insert molding while closing one end side of the outer cylinder () by the mold resin (), and protruding the other end () of the terminal () out of the motor (M) through the mold resin ().
