A wiring member includes: a flat wiring member including a sheet member, and a plurality of wire-like transmission members fixed on the sheet member in a parallel state; and a protective member configured to accommodate the flat wiring member. The protective member includes a placement surface on which the sheet member is placed. The sheet member includes a disposition region in which the plurality of wire-like transmission members are disposed. The sheet member is placed on the placement surface so that at least the disposition region extends along the placement surface.

A wiring member with a fixing member includes a flat wiring member, and a fixing member. The flat wiring member includes a plurality of wire-like transmission members and a base material. The plurality of wire-like transmission members are fixed to the base material in an arrayed state. The fixing member includes a plate-like part and a fixing part. The plate-like part is formed into a plate-like shape elongated in one direction, and the plate-like part is attached to the base material while a main surface of the plate-like part comes in surface contact with the base material. The fixing part is a part being provided to project on the plate-like part and being configured to fix the flat wiring member to a fixing target.

The attachment part includes an annular part and an annular shape maintaining part. The annular part is capable of changing a state between an annular state and a non-annular state. The fixing member includes an attachment part and a fixing part. The attachment part is attached to the wiring member so as to be located on outside of the base material. The fixing part is a part being connected to the attachment part and being fixed to a fixing target of the wiring member. In a state in which the attachment part is attached to the wiring member, the base material is maintained in a bent state.
