A vehicle seat includes an ISOFIX anchor for fixing a child seat which is provided in a through-hole that extends in a front and rear direction and is formed in a seat body. The vehicle seat further includes: a cover member which covers an opening on a seat front side of the through-hole in an openable and closable manner; and a plug member which is capable of being pushed into the opening on the seat front side of the through-hole in a drawable manner, wherein the plug member is configured to block an air-flowing channel of an air which flows in from an opening on a seat back side of the through-hole and flows out from the opening on the seat front side of the through-hole in a state where the plug member is pushed into the opening.

Vehicle seat

A vehicle seat includes: a cover member that covers an ISOFIX anchor for fixing a child seat; an intermediate portion that is exposed at a position between the cover member and the ISOFIX anchor in a state where the cover member is opened; and a stopper that retains the cover member in a state where the cover member is opened, wherein the stopper has an engagement part and an abutting part, wherein the engagement part of the stopper is detachably engaged with at least one of the rear surface and the intermediate portion in a state where the cover member is opened, and wherein the abutting part of the stopper abuts on the other of the rear surface and the intermediate portion so as to prevent the cover member from being moved in a closing direction.

A vehicle seat includes: a seat pad; a seat cover that covers a surface of the seat pad; a seat frame that supports the seat pad from an inner side the seat pad; and an assembly component that is assembled into the seat frame through a penetration hole formed in the seat cover. The assembly component is provided with: a bezel that is fixed to the seat frame through the penetration hole from an outer side of the penetration hole, the bezel including an outer frame arranged to cover a periphery of the penetration hole from the outer side; and a backing member that includes an inner frame arranged to cover the periphery of the penetration hole from an inner side of the penetration hole, the backing member being insert-molded in the seat pad.

A locking device includes a locking mechanism and a striker. The locking mechanism includes a lock base, a hook and a pawl. The lock base has a recess that is capable of receiving the striker. The hook is capable of forming a locked condition in which the striker is held between the hook and the recess of the lock base or an unlocked condition in which the hook is spaced away from the striker. The pawl is capable of rotating to a position in which the pawl can engage an engagement surface of the hook and maintaining the hook in the locked condition. The engagement surface of the hook is provided with a resin coating that constitutes an elastically reactive portion. The elastically reactive portion is shaped to produce an elastically reactive force between the engagement surface of the hook and the pawl in the locked condition.

Locking device

A retractable seat to be attached to a floor may include a seat cushion, a seat back rotatably supported on the seat cushion, and a link mechanism for supporting the seat cushion on the floor. The link mechanism includes a front leg and a rear leg that are pivotally connected to the seat cushion and the floor so that the seat can be switched between a use condition and a retracted condition. The front and rear legs respectively have a different link length so as to produce a difference between a rotating range of the front leg and a rotating range of the rear leg. The seat may further include a compensation mechanism for compensating for the difference between the rotating ranges of the front and rear legs within an operating range of the link mechanism.

Retractable seats

A retractable seat may include a seat cushion, a seat back rotatably supported on the seat cushion, and a link mechanism for supporting the seat cushion on a floor. The link mechanism includes a front leg and a rear leg that are pivotally connected to the seat cushion and the floor so that the seat cushion and the seat back can be switched between a use condition and a retracted condition. The seat may further include a restraint mechanism provided on the floor for preventing the link mechanism from moving when the seat is in a use condition.
