The patch of the present invention comprises a backing layer and an adhesive layer laminated on the backing layer, wherein a water vapor transmission rate of the backing layer is 400 g/m·24 hours or more, and the adhesive layer comprises a drug, dimethylsulfoxide and an adhesive. Such a patch does not fall off easily even after long wear.
