A three-dimensional shaping device includes: a discharge part that includes a nozzle configured to discharge a shaping material from a nozzle opening thereof; a stage that includes a shaping surface on which the shaping material is to be deposited; a heating part configured to heat the shaping material deposited on the stage; and a control part configured to control the heating part. The heating part includes a first region and a second region closer to an outer periphery of the heating part than is the first region, as viewed from a direction of a perpendicular line of the shaping surface. The control part controls the heating part to make a temperature of the second region higher than a temperature of the first region.

Three-dimensional shaping device

A three-dimensional molding device includes: a molding unit including a nozzle configured to eject a molding material from a nozzle opening formed in a distal end portion; a stage having a deposition surface on which the molding material is deposited; a movement mechanism configured to change relative positions of the nozzle and the stage; a measurement unit configured to measure a distance between the deposition surface and the distal end portion; and a control unit configured to control the movement mechanism. The measurement unit includes a contact-type first detection unit configured to move in conjunction with the nozzle, and a contact-type second detection unit configured to move in conjunction with the stage. The first detection unit and the second detection unit are configured such that, when the first detection unit and the second detection unit come into contact with each other, one of the first detection unit and the second detection unit detects the contact.

Three-dimensional molding device

A material dispense device includes a nozzle portion that dispenses a material, and a main body portion that has a flow path for a material and to which the nozzle portion is attached. The main body portion includes a body portion having an outlet of the flow path, and a male screw provided at an outer periphery of the body portion. The nozzle portion has a dispense opening at a front end of an in-nozzle flow path for the material, and includes a nozzle tip that is pressed against the body portion in an arrangement of communicating with the flow path. The nozzle portion further includes a pressing member that presses the nozzle tip against the body portion in a state in which the dispense opening is exposed to the outside. The pressing member includes a female screw at an inner periphery thereof. By fastening the female screw of the pressing member to the male screw of the body portion, the nozzle tip is pressed against the body portion.

A three-dimensional shaping device includes a plasticization unit configured to plasticize a material into a shaping material using a rotating screw; a drive unit configured to rotate the screw; a supply flow path through which the shaping material flows; a nozzle configured to discharge the shaping material; a discharge amount adjusting mechanism configured to switch between stop and restart of discharge of the shaping material from the nozzle by a valve portion provided in the supply flow path; a pressure measuring portion configured to measure a pressure of the shaping material in the supply flow path between the plasticization unit and the valve portion; and a control unit configured to adjust rotation of the screw by controlling the drive unit according to a measured value of the pressure which is measured. The control unit controls the drive unit under a first control during a period when the discharge of the shaping material from the nozzle is not stopped, and controls the drive unit under a second control during a period when the discharge of the shaping material from the nozzle is stopped, and a degree of adjustment of the rotation of the screw under the second control is smaller than a degree of adjustment of the rotation of the screw under the first control.

Three-dimensional shaping device and method for manufacturing three-dimensional shaped object

A material feeding device includes a plasticizing unit configured to plasticize resin pellets to generate a plasticized material, a nozzle that has a nozzle opening and is configured to send out the plasticized material from the nozzle opening to the outside, a flow path that communicates with the nozzle opening and through which the plasticized material flows, a suction unit including a plunger configured to suction the plasticized material into a first cylinder coupled to the flow path, and a plunger motor configured to drive the plunger, and a detection unit configured to detect a position of the plunger in the first cylinder.

A three-dimensional shaping apparatus includes a melted material generator, a nozzle, a flow passage, a filter chamber, and a filter. The melted material generator generates a melted shaping material. The nozzle discharges the shaping material from the melted material generator. The shaping material is guided to the nozzle through the flow passage. The filter chamber is provided between the flow passage and the nozzle. The filter is disposed in the filter chamber and has pores through which the shaping material passes. A filter chamber cross-sectional area is larger than a flow passage cross-sectional area, and a filter cross-sectional area is larger than the flow passage cross-sectional area. An encapsulation device includes: a fluid injection device that injects a first liquid forming a core; a liquid film holder that holds in film form a second liquid forming a shell containing the core; and a liquid contact device that makes the shell in contact with a third liquid, in which the first liquid is injected toward a liquid film of the second liquid retained by the liquid film holder to form a core, the core is wrapped with the second liquid on passing through the liquid film of the second liquid, thereby forming the shell, and the shell is made in contact with the third liquid to induce chemical reaction.
