A damper device is provided in a flow passage of a fluid. The damper device includes a plurality of diaphragm dampers that are stacked together. Each of the plurality of diaphragm dampers includes a first flexible portion, a second flexible portion, and a rim including a welded portion. A peripheral edge of the first flexible portion and a peripheral edge of the second flexible portion are welded together in the welded portion. Each of the plurality of diaphragm dampers is configured to seal a gas in an inner region between the first flexible portion and the second flexible portion. A coupler that couples the plurality of diaphragm dampers together includes holders that hold the rims of the plurality of diaphragm dampers. A gap is provided between the holder of the coupler and the welded portion of each of the plurality of diaphragm dampers.

A high-pressure fuel pump () includes a plunger (), a pump housing (), an intake valve (), a discharge passage (), a fuel seal member (), and a fuel inlet conduit (). The pump housing () includes a fuel pressurizing chamber (), an intake passage (), a discharge passage (), a cylinder housing member (), a cover member () that covers the cylinder housing member (), and an intake gallery chamber (). The fuel inlet conduit () is connected to the cover member () and configured to introduce fuel into the intake gallery chamber () from outside the cover member (). The pump housing () includes a return passage () that communicates the intake gallery chamber () with a space surrounded by the plunger (), the cylinder housing member (), and the fuel seal member (). A first end portion of the return passage () on the intake gallery chamber () side is positioned on an opposite side of the cylinder housing member () from the fuel inlet conduit ().

High-pressure fuel pump

A structure of mounting an electric device in a front compartment of a vehicle is disclosed. The structure may include: a casing being divided into a first and a second casing; a first and a second through hole provided in the first casing; a first and a second fixing hole provided in the second casing; a first fastening member passing through the first through hole and fixed to the first fixing hole; and a second fastening member passing through the second through hole and fixed to the second fixing hole. The first through hole is located at a far side of the first casing with a vehicle's center line and located at a front half of the first casing. The second through hole is located at a closer side and a rear half of the first casing.

High-pressure pump

A pulsation damper mounted in a fuel chamber () of a high-pressure fuel pump () is provided with a diaphragm () having a flat section () displaced when fuel pressure is applied thereto, a pump cover () for supporting the diaphragm (), and a gas chamber () formed by the diaphragm () and the pump cover (). Pressure pulsation occurring in the fuel chamber () is suppressed by displacement of the flat section (). The diaphragm () is formed in a closed-bottomed tubular shape with the flat section () located at the bottom and has a projection () provided to the periphery of the flat section () and projecting to the side opposite to the pump cover (). A tubular peripheral section extending from the outer periphery of the projection () so as to be vertical to the flat section () is fitted over the pump cover (). The externally fitting portion of the tubular peripheral section is a joint section () joined to the pump cover ().

Pulsation damper

A roller lifter including a roller that is rotatably supported and a body that supports the roller, the body including: a base portion in the form of a flat plate; a roller holding portion in the form of a pair of opposing plate-shaped portions that are formed by bending towards one of plate surfaces of the base portion, the roller holding portion being configured to hold the roller between the plate-shaped portions; and a guide portion in the form of a plate-shaped portion formed by bending towards the other one of the plate surfaces of the base portion and also formed by curving so that the plate-shaped portion follows a cylindrical surface shape in which a direction perpendicular to the plate surface of the base portion is the axial direction of the cylinder, the guide portion being configured to form a guide surface in a shape that follows the cylindrical surface shape.
